"Recently, the quality of the food has been inconsistent. I always order the same thing: a chicken or steak teriyaki lunch box with a sweet potato roll and a green salad. However, during my last few visits, the sweet potato roll was ice cold, and the sweet potato itself was hard and undercooked—it should be soft and then crunchy from the tempura, but instead, it was soggy. Typically, the salad dressing is served on the side; it’s a bright yellow/orange ginger sauce that I usually enjoy, but this time it was a dark orange, already mixed into my salad, and it tasted different. The types of greens in the salad have also changed. Additionally, my shrimp dumplings were missing the usual sauce they come with. I think this will be my last attempt at this place, apart from the hibachi."

"The dining room is fantastic, and the service was excellent. I learned about this place from 'Pizza Today' and had to try it for myself. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they offer Greek pizza. While the pizza was decent, it was a bit floppier than I prefer. The sauce was sweet, which I enjoyed. I also ordered a meatball grinder that came with fries, and it was definitely much better than the pizza. Our server was wonderful and very attentive, and the dining room itself was lovely, creating an excellent atmosphere."

"10/28/18 Had lunch today with sis cousins, since they're homeward bound on Monday. Sis suggested Rossini's, a nice pizza joint local to her home. Good call sis! As it was a damp, chilly October afternoon, I elected to start with a bowl of chicken-pastina soup that was very generously portioned and full of chicken, veggies pastina. It really was good and definitely took the chill out of my bones. Sis ordered a small 12 seafood pizza that she said was excellent. One cousin ordered a small 12 Hawaiian pizza with ham pineapple that we teased her about throughout our lunch, saying she must actually be a Californian, and my other cousin selected a Margherita pizza with fresh mozzarella, fresh tomato, fresh basil garlic. I opted for my standby sausage, cheese, peppers, mushroom grinder (sub, hoagy, or pick your region's name for this kind of sandwich LOL). The three women had very little pizza to take home with them, so it musta' been pretty darned good! I managed to finish my grinder, though I don't know how. It was overstuffed and very, very good. Our server was a delightful young lady, who was Janey on the spot. One star knocked off because we were REALLY hungry, and our orders seemed to take an inordinate length of time to prepare. We even joked that they probably had to go to Hawaii to get a pineapple for the Hawaiian pizza. Otherwise, the lunch and service were a delight."

"I want to preface this review by saying how amazing our wait staff was during our recent dining/lunch experience. Our waiter whose name I believe began with T) was friendly and inviting...He was a pleasure!! Onto the meal,...my dining partner had an amazing meal called the Tootsie Roll with steak pictured below).Absolutely incredible..steak was cooked to perfection! I had the Taco Salad with Veggie mix..total disappointment. It was mushy and lacking any flavor. I believe they forgot the cheese. I mentioned it to one of the wait staff and they stated that the cheese was on the bottom .However it was not.. It included Tomatoes which I assume was the huge slice of tomato wedge place neatly on the bottom of my salad. As far as the taco shell bowl that was fried well. I would most definitely recommend the Tootsie Roll ...however you should probably skip the taco salad."

"Another issue I encountered was with the young girl who assisted me. When I arrived, she took my name and went to check on my order. She mentioned I was early in a rather unfriendly manner. I was aware that I was early; however, when you order online, you don’t receive an estimated wait time until about five minutes after placing the order. I was about ten minutes early based on the one hour and twenty-minute estimate I received. I just wanted to see if my order had been completed early. When my order was finally ready, at the expected time, the same girl placed the pizza on the counter, said, "Your order is ready," and walked away without any pleasantries. There was no thank you or wish for a good evening. Good customer service is crucial and can significantly influence the success of a small business. I hope her behavior isn’t representative of how she interacts with all customers."
