"I was pleasantly surprised with how many vegan options there were! I ordered the cauliflower wings with hot sauce and they were so good! There was a side of bleu cheese that came with it, but I'm sure you could ask them to leave it off. And of course, the beer was great. Hoping I'll get to go back and try more of their vegan food! Oh, also good to mention that the place was really busy, but they still got the food and beer out really fast! I was pretty impressed. And the service was still spot on even with the crowds."

We came here a few weeks ago for dinner and had a great meal! Great vegetarian/vegan tacos and french fries. Such good beer that we took home a growler and several four-packs! Not to mention, driving through the area was such a scenic trip.

I ordered the three vegan tacos. the two Tempura-Kauliflower-Tacos, which I ordered, each contained a piece of broken cable. do not trust this operation with claims from vegan. the tortillas were also terrible store-bought tortillas. really disgusting.

on a cool day with a delicious beer and a great vegan food prepared for a perfect afternoon, sitting outside the fireplace. Vegan options are marked on the menu and there is a lot to choose. we have the vegan runway mi and brüssel spieße tacos, french riders are hand cut and amazing!

Another great spot to check out in the Phoenicia, Woodstock, Catskills area. With the current weather, there's both indoor and outdoor seating available. They offer an interesting selection of quality beers. The concise menu complements the beer choices nicely. I really enjoy stopping by a few times each summer. View menu

Went here when they first opened a few years back. The food was really good but I was disappointed in the beer. 4 stars for the food alone. So surprised by the vegan options! Honestly 2 stars for the beer at that time. We even decided to not get our growlers filled, which is really weird for my partner and I. Oddly was a better restaurant than a brewery

We were nearby doing rail explorers and decided to stop by for lunch and a drink. Their outdoor seating is perfect for social distancing. The vegan bahn mi was so good and the cauliflower wings were equally delicious. They have a nice variety of vegan options that are well made and of course a long list of beers to choose from. A great place to stop and relax if you are nearby.

Delicious vegan options and a cool vibe with lots of outdoor seating for these covid times. Three different vegan tacos liked the cauliflower and brussel sprouts best , vegan bahn mi, a vegan garden burger which I didn't try, and really delicious vegan buffalo cauliflower bites just make sure to ask for no blue cheese on the side they gave it to us even though we said we were vegan. Stopped on way home from Catskill Mrs hiking trip- pleasantly surprised to find many clearly labeled vegan options. Had brussels and cauliflower tacos and a beer flight (beers are not labeled vegan or not) and everything was really delicious. Abundant outdoor seating, and indoor seating is also open air style (all appreciated in these Covid times). We’ll be back next trip to try the bahn mi and cauli wings!

Located a 20-30 minute drive from Hunter Mountain and Belleayre Mountain, we decided to stop by this restaurant after a day of skiing, just like many others do. The food is delicious, served quickly, and pairs perfectly with beer. Although it was too cold for outdoor seating during our visit, the patio looks great in photos shared by others. The service is friendly and genuine. Stop by, and you won’t be disappointed!

"I used to love this place but it’s really gone downhill in recent years. So disappointing because it used to be my favorite place to get food after a long day of hiking in the Catskills. The prices have about doubled over the years which would be fine and understandable considering the current economy if the quality of the food didn’t dramatically decline. I ordered the open face steak sandwich multiple times over the last two years and it was always delicious and beautiful and an ample portion. I got it yesterday and it was half the size that it used to be, a lower quality steak, completely unappetizing looking, and completely lacking in seasoning on the steak, and there was way too much garlic and not enough Parmesan on the fries. Even the fries seem to be different than they used to be. They used to be just plain but perfectly done crunchy curly fries with garlic Parmesan seasoning now they put some kind of red seasoning blend on the fries themselves in addition to the garlic Parmesan on top which as I mentioned was way too much garlic. I’m sorry I didn’t take a photo yesterday because I probably have photos from previous years to compare so you could see the difference but I forgot to get a picture. I’m sure I’ll go again and try the brio fish sandwich which used to be my favorite before the open steak and see if that’s any good anymore but I definitely won’t be buying the open steak sandwich again at $22. So sad."
