"First of all, we got there around 4:00 p.m. the food look dry as hell. I think the best video or shot that they take is early in the morning when the food is completely done and fresh. You can tell no one's moved the food around for hours and then you had a waitress that insists on giving you the family portion when it was just me. so I stood there debating with her and kind of arguing back and forth letting her know that she is practically giving me a pound of rice I'm only one person and she just kept insisting on family value is cheaper. On top of all this against me just leaving, The entire food was not what I ordered. No beans, no maduros, crispy dry rice and very salty chicken. absolutely not worth it. Other customers were asking why did the food look dry and old..."

I been waiting for my order for 1 hour and 26 minutes to be exact and still telling me the delivery guy is on his way like come on how long does it take to deliver an order by the time i get it is going to be super cold.

Never again! Very rude. Very unorganized! They do not know how to speak to customers at all. I don't ever leave reviews but I felt as though this will help anyone thinking about ordering from here. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY OR TIME. There are so many other restaurants that are 100% better.

I am currently in New York, but I visit Pennsylvania often because we are planning to relocate. We absolutely love this place and always make sure to have at least one meal there every day, whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner. We highly recommend this place to anyone in Bethlehem, PA or those driving through the area. You will not be disappointed. View menu

There are issues at this restaurant. We waited for almost an hour for our food and even the water we had ordered. Other guests who arrived after us were served immediately and received their food before us. They were done eating and even had a bite of their meal by the time we were finally served. The service was horrible and the prices for the food were way too high.

The service was terrible. I pre-ordered two Cuban sandwiches, arrived ten minutes later, and inquired about my order only to be told they still needed to make it. I patiently waited as two other customers were served before asking about my sandwiches again. The attendant responded with a condescending smile, admitting they had forgotten to make them. I did not rate the food as I did not try it, choosing to leave before it arrived to be fair.
