"The woman working at the front desk made me feel like a criminal when I simply asked for a water cup after spending $40 on food. She seemed to think it was necessary to stop what she was doing to show me where the water button was, speaking to me in a condescending tone as if I couldn't figure it out myself. She even came out from behind the counter to check on me as I got water, making me feel uncomfortable. Feeling unjustly accused, I poured out the water and got a Pepsi in front of her, just to prove a point that if they wanted to treat me like a suspect, I might as well act the part."

Just because we order Door Dash it doesn't mean you can make our food like garbage. Teriyaki chicken with no Teriyaki sauce, and zero condiments in the bag. Everything was extremely dry. Big waste of $50.00. Never again

If the restaurant wasn't so warm, I would have enjoyed my food more. Upon entering, it felt like stepping into someone's overheated mouth. I mentioned it to the cashier, who casually acknowledged the heat. The customer service was disappointing.

This is our second time dining at this location, and once again, both my husband and I received meals that were burnt and inedible. The chicken was overly charred, not just for flavor, but to the point where it couldn't be eaten. It seems like the chef may be trying to cook the beef and chicken simultaneously, causing the chicken to consistently burn. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
