"I recently visited this restaurant with a friend and had a pleasant experience. We started with two beers, which were reasonably priced; I chose a Blue Moon for about $6. For our appetizers, we ordered the shrimp and chicken satay, which were grilled to perfection and very flavorful. They were served with a unique cole slaw that stood out—unlike typical versions, this one was not crunchy and had hints of vinegar, along with yellow and red peppers, complemented by a delicious peanut sauce. For my main course, I had the cornmeal-crusted chicken served on a bed of collard greens and sweet potatoes. The portion was generous, and the chicken was incredibly juicy. My friend opted for the steak, which was also a good size and came with mashed potatoes, crispy onion strings, and broccoli. Overall, we enjoyed our meals, and the service was attentive. However, I did find the prices to be on the higher side."

I absolutely adore the Sweet Potato and Dried Fig Ravioli served with Chestnut and Thyme Sauce, Cranberry Chutney, fried leeks, and fresh broccoli—it’s simply the best! This is one of my favorite spots in the Theater District for dinner before or after a show, or even for drinks at any time. Their menu features a wide range of options, from reasonably priced appetizers to more upscale specials. We went there at like 4:30PM on a Saturday (1/30/2010 and had no problems getting a table. Granted it was before the dinner rush. The place filled up a bit after a while, but that is expected. Nothing unbearable though. As for the food: I got the Pan Roasted Sirloin Steak Au Poivre, it was delicious. I have not had a good steak in a long time, and this was perfect. My girlfriend got the Pan Roasted Salmon. It too was delicious. Very fresh. My meal had enough food between the steak, mashed potatoes and veggies.
