"We arrived shortly after 6 PM and ended up waiting over 30 minutes before our server took our order. In the meantime, several tables that arrived after us were already being served. An hour later, we were still waiting when our server asked if we had received our food. It was puzzling! She then checked on another table before finally looking into our order. When she returned, she informed us that our meals were just being prepared. At that point, we decided to leave since it was already 7:15 and they were only just starting our meals. They did comp my husband's tea (I had water) and apologized, but overall, the service was very disappointing: 1 out of 5."
