"Another fantastic experience at Asuka! The restaurant was busy, so we opted to sit outside which turned out to be perfect. The service was exceptional and the food, as always, was top-notch. David, the manager, was friendly and helpful despite the crowds. The entire staff mirrored David's friendliness. We love coming back here again and again. Thank you to everyone for another wonderful evening and delicious meal!"

"This place is one for the books! I reserved this place to have my birthday dinner and I'm happy that I did, we even luck up and found a parking space in front of the restaurant. This place is beautiful and has an old school mob type vibe, not the people just the decor. The staff was cool, nothing above and beyond that stood out but no flaws to point out as well. The guy who controlled the operations of the restaurant knows what he's doing and stopped by each table to greet each guest when they were seated, after the food was served and before we exited. He kept himself moving and I respect that! Now on to the best part and that is the FOOD! We started with the margarita flat bread which was fresh and delicious each ingredient had its own individual flavor that blended so well together. It tastes like it was made by an Italian grandmother. The truffle fries were really good and had enough truffle oil so that you can smell and taste it on the fries. THE BRANZINO was absolutely delicious that butter sauce and those capers. The grilled branzino was cooked to perfection, even the peas that came with it were good and I don't even like peas lol. And the last but surely not least the skillet cinnamon roll, put it this way after eating this cinnamon roll you just up your standards on how a cinnamon roll should taste. It was flaky soft and fully cooked so no dough like texture or flavor. Watch my check ins for this place I'm going to become a regular lol."

"We had a fantastic experience dining at Federal Grill on Saturday evening. The host (or manager) greeted us warmly and checked in on us several times throughout the night. Being a Saturday in the Financial District, the atmosphere was quite calm, which enhanced our enjoyment. The food was excellent, especially the fried chicken, and the cocktails were unique. The staff was friendly, and the ambiance of the room was lovely."

"I don’t know where to begin to describe such a gloomy and obscure place. I will begin with the waiter, lady in black just scaring.. continuing with the elevators in which you have to pray to God to arrive safely… Now the food, the crab is only a tiny piece in the middle of tasteless melons. The duck came completely cold, we asked the scary waiter and she stared at us like in a terror movie… overall I would have gone to the Tower of terror in Disney.."

"First time here on Friday 7 8 22. Everything was spectacular. Best burger I have ever had that wagyu burger bun was in a league of its own too even. Loved the house made ricotta toast every bit as perfect as it was when I had it at Burger and Barrel before the pandemic closed it"

"Our dining experience was truly fantastic, as was the service. The location was great and the atmosphere was very enjoyable. The weather cooperated, although we know that is beyond your control. We will definitely be recommending this restaurant to our friends. We hope that they will continue offering outdoor dining even after the completion of the coronavirus pandemic. We have seen that this is common practice in Europe during the winter months."

"I had a wonderful experience ordering online from Bon Bon! They provided regular updates on my order status and tracking information. I ordered Swedish berries as a gift for my father, who enjoyed them frequently during his childhood but hasn't been able to find them for decades. It was truly special to be able to gift something so meaningful. Additionally, they included a complimentary sample of Swedish fish. Thank you, Bon Bon, for your outstanding service!"

"REVIEW 15 EAST We literally stumbled upon this fantastic Japanese restaurant that created such a beautiful outdoor dining experience. I noticed the pretty display of colors and beautiful décor from a distance and decided to make this establishment the home of our 35th anniversary celebration. 15 EAST did not disappoint. We started with the sashimi appetizer very delicate and refined, although a bit pricey. $70) and then went on to have another appetizer a delicious pasta with uni. This was the perfect ending to a lovely dinner…so we thought. The servers graciously surprised us with a delicious anniversary dessert. The servers, I believe one of them was named Miguel were on point, pleasant and were clearly eager to please!!! The hostess was very welcoming as well. We will definitely be returning to this beautiful outdoor oasis!"

"We sat in the way back, by the other bar. It is a room with brick walls; cute, but not as elegant as the main dining room. We picked it because we thought it would be quieter and easier to hear. The main dining room did sound noisy from where we were sitting, so I think we made the right choice. We no longer go to noisy restaurants, so this figures largely in our choice. Food is always good here. Service is about 85-90% attentive. It’s close to our apartment."

"Host sat us at a two-top next the only other parties in the place, also two-tops, when the rest of the small restaurant, consisting of three 4-tops, was empty on a slow weekday afternoon at 2pm. When asked if we could be seated at one of the more comfortable tables, host said she wasn’t allowed. After the meal, I suggested to the floor manager that she should give away the 4s when the place was empty, it’s just unfriendly not to. She agreed, expressing surprise that we were denied after asking. Also the waiter upsold us on the wine, but the bottle (a red) was quite chilled when he brought it over so I declined, in favor a a more modest wine that he had a room temperature. Not a fan of chilled red wine. He seemed a bit annoyed. Food and food service were lovely."

"Ryan was great! Had a great time. Very relaxing, food was God and drinks flowed. Shared Brusvhetta, she had Alla Norcina and he had Carbonara and for dessert shared Tiramisu and Affogato. Everything was delicious! Will be back!"

"Spectacular! After four courses and a long leisurely dinner a birthday celebration, I can happily and assuredly say Jubilee is exceptionally good. We are big fans of French food and this is truly some of the most delicious food we've had in quite a while. Service was warm, but never intrusive and always professional. In addition, every course was better than the last! (Far too many restaurants can handle appetizers, but fall apart when it comes to entrees NOT Jubilee! Btw, no matter what entree you have, please ask for the haricot verts on the side! Wow!! I love a string bean, but these are crazy good! (I'm sure it's massive amounts of butter, but sooooooo worth it!!! We had beet salad escargot to start, salmon tartare comte cheese ravioli for our second course and Dover Sole Filet Mignon for our mains. Exceptionally well prepared, each dish. After all that we were surprised by a comped dessert a sort of chocolate mousse log with a birthday candle. So thoughtful! All this to say, we will be back and soon! We will definitely not wait till the next birthday celebration for our return visit! Could not recommend Jubilee more highly!"

"Everything about the meal was great until the check came and I noticed that it included a recovery charge. While our server explained payment of the charge is optional when we questioned the charge,,my friend and I who split the check were put off by the stealthy way it was added- neither of us had seen any mention of the fee on the menu or elsewhere in the restaurant. We paid it and did not punish the server but, excellent as the meal was, I doubt Iâll ever go back because of the way the restaurant hid the charge."

"First, allow me to confirm that both the food and ambiance were incredible. Second, I can confirm I will never return. While I am no stranger to expensive lower Manhattan restaurants, this was over the top. Our table for 4 cost $800, where a competing restaurant of similar quality and quantity would have cost $400. The market price steak for 4 cost $170--I could have eaten this steak myself. Similarly, the other gentleman at the table and I were drinking gin on the rocks from a bottle that retails for $35. The restaurant charged us $170 for our handful of drinks, i.e the equivalent of 5 bottles of the stuff. Worth noting the manager more or less laughed in our face when we let him know we felt aggrieved. Fantastic food, will never return."

"Outstanding experience, dining out (literally outside) with friends. Our group ordered all food items on the menu including appetizers, sides, and desserts. They were all varying degrees of excellent. Cocktails were superior, and the wine list was well curated. The outdoor space was well heated and protected from wind, while still being open and airy. And last but definitely not least, especially in outdoor settings, service was caring and attentive. There was no point where we were *waiting* for anything or anyone. In short, best tasting menu experience without the faff, and for far less a typical tasting menu place. Highly, highly recommended."

"Tried twice. Identical experience. Great snacks. Wines by the glass are always interesting to pick but also quite low in quality. The offer by the glass is very minimalistic. Service temperatures are not great for whites that come out too cold to be assessed. Menu lacks critical information about the wines such as alcohol content, and even sometimes the precise name of the bottle. This approximation carries over to the service.I learn while doing research at home on what I drank from the website that 3% fee for kitchen service is included. Nice idea but more transparency or a call out on the receipt in the dimly lit space would have been adequate."

"We started with crostini, which included flavors like tomato and basil, goat cheese, and white bean—everyone particularly enjoyed the white bean variety. One of our friends ordered the kale Caesar salad, which they liked, while my husband thoroughly enjoyed his gnocchi. The tagliatelle ai funghi was delicious but a little too salty for my taste. The panna cotta was visually appealing but lacked the flavor I had anticipated; it was also unexpectedly firm, without any wobble, although it thankfully didn’t have a rubbery texture. Overall, the service was attentive without being intrusive, adding to the pleasant dining experience."

"Nisi is on Roosevelt Island. The waitress got just about every part of the order wrong. Asked for Earl Gray tea….served Green tea (they changed it). Which is $5 for a tea bag and hot water!!!! (See photo). Ordered food with no Fries fries arrived and charged for….another $4.50 I think (also corrected). Now the worst I’m highly allergic to egg ordered a sandwich and was very specific on ingredients, and waitress came back to check it again….came with it done in egg. It was a mix with cheese and mushroom so I had eaten half before I realised their error. Had to go to restroom and put fingers down my throat to vomit it out. They “didn’t charge me” for it….wow how kind! Reported it to manager don’t think they realised that their error can be disastrous when they get this stuff wrong. My day ended up with cramps and vomiting. Please train your staff. As the leading contributor to Trip Advisor in Ireland, I give this a 1 it’s years since a restaurant has managed to get this score!"

"Cool place with a casual chic atmosphere. Not too trendy, not too classic, just the perfect mix. Vichy tablecloths, red leather seats, copper and wood. Fun monkey illustrations on the wall. The room in the back is a bit fancier. Good cocktails, decent selection of wine. Live piano when we were there on a Saturday night. Service was not enthusiastic but good enough."

"Dined here on a Sunday evening. I didn’t want to walk in, so I called ahead to see if they had any reservations available for 3 that night, and they were able to take us within 30 mins. Perfect! I’m glad we called ahead because it’s really small inside. For appetizers we ordered the galbi musubi, spicy spam musubi, and kimchi radish cake. Musubis were awesome. The kimchi radish cake was a big surprise. I love radish (turnip) cakes from dim sum. This was the same exact style except mixed with kimchi. It was awesome. I loved it!!For my entree I got the shrimp rice bowl. It was garlic and so tasty. It came with tons of shrimp! For dessert they were out of the bruleed pineapples, so we opted for the pandan crème brûlée. One of the workers just so happen to remember me from high school and gave us an ice cream dessert as well. Both desserts were awesome. I loved the sweet and saltiness in the sundae she gave us.Service was excellent. I’d love to come back!"
