"One of the standout features is that most of the dishes are made in-house, which is something I believe should be standard for all restaurants, especially those claiming to serve country-style or home-cooked meals. Unfortunately, this is becoming increasingly rare to find. The chicken fried steak and roast beef reminded me of the Sunday dinners at my grandmother’s house, though it's hard to compete with her incredible cooking. A more accurate comparison would be that they offer a similar experience to what Cracker Barrel tries to replicate. If you're living in Pea Ridge, I truly don't understand why you would choose a chain restaurant over this delightful spot. For those nearby, the short drive to Cannonball is well worth it for a taste of that authentic country diner experience."

"--- I had a wonderful experience with takeout for dinner at this restaurant. The food was exceptional, earning a perfect rating of 5, and the service was equally impressive, also rated a 5. The atmosphere, even for takeout, felt welcoming and inviting, again scoring a 5. For anyone considering what to order, I highly recommend the Shrimp Lo Mein, Egg Drop Soup, Crab Rangoon, Mongolian Beef, Scallion Beef, General TSO's Chicken, Sweet and Sour Chicken, Hot Spicy Beef, and the Egg Roll. The price per person was quite reasonable, ranging from $10 to $20. I can't wait to go back! ---"

"Wanted to try one of the other Mexican restaurants in Pea Ridge. We typically go to Viva El Taco but tonight we went to Diego’s. We got our exact same order that we get at Viva El Taco: California Burrito, 8 asada tacos Al la carte, kids plate and cheese dip. At Viva El taco it’s consistently $54 the same exact meal at Diego’s cost us $90 no exaggeration. The food was mediocre and WAYYY over priced. Will continue to go with the always good Viva El Taco."

"We are in town for business, and we decided to give them a try. The staff was so friendly! Kendra, our server, was so friendly, inviting and kind. The service was great!! We had chicken fajitas which had such good flavor and came with all the extras! I took one bite, and I said, “I wish we had one of these in Texas!” They have mild and hot salsa which was wonderful so there is something for everyone. The carne asada and enchiladas were also good. We tried the bean dip (refried beans and white queso), and we all really like it for a different type of appetizer. The Alambre Plate was so good with a beautiful presentation. It had steak, shrimp, tomatoes, onion and bell pepper shish ka bob style served with rice and beans. I literally want to open one of these in Texas! You should definitely give them a try!!! Kendra for the win, too!! Great food, great service and a great comfortable atmosphere! 10 stars!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"We visited the Pizza Hut at Pea Ridge today, and unfortunately, our order was incorrect. Instead of our supreme pizza, we received two cheese pizzas. To make matters worse, the man preparing the pizzas was swearing, yelling, and slamming things around. The cashier even ran out of the store in tears. It was quite an upsetting scene, especially with my six-year-old watching all the chaos. We typically go to Pizza Hut once a week, but after today's experience, we'll need to find another place to eat. What happened today was completely unacceptable."

"On Friday night, I called the restaurant and spoke to someone who claimed to be a manager. However, he informed me that there are no male managers at this location and asked me to come in so they could fix my order—and promised it would be free. Fast forward to Sunday night, and when I went in to redeem my offer, the manager I spoke with denied that there was any male manager on duty during my previous call. I showed her proof of my order details and the time of my call, but she refused to honor the offer due to their mistake. The manager on duty told me that I could return the next day to speak with the manager again. I expressed my frustration, asking if this is how they treat their customers. Despite my evidence and my clear dissatisfaction, she didn’t apologize and continued to deny me the replacement burger. This experience has left a very sour impression, and I have decided that I will never return to this McDonald's again. As for parking, the whole ordeal with picking up my food was frustrating, especially since the staff member rushed me, making the experience less than pleasant."
