Went through the drive through. Get home and find out my burger is burned and missing the onion. The bun was stale and they weren't even

All varieties of hamburgers are much to salty for my taste. As the price soars, the quality demenish rapidly. Great sweet tea and fries.

It's good I love their strawberry cream pies but when I want a frappe they always say machine is down. Or they don't want to make it especially late at night when I need to wake up to drive home.

Drive thru. The food wasn't great this time. 1 of my burgers was made 3 times before it was right. Thank you to the nice young lady inside made it correctly for me. When I got home my big mac was done wrong as well. Hopefully next time everything will be fine. Never had a problem before.

Order was wrong. Went back to get it fixed. Stood at the counter for a few minutes. No one acknowledged me. They walked back and forth in front of me but didn't stop, didn't explain that they were on break and would get someone. They completely ignored me. Had to get back in my car and drive around to get my order right. View menu

I have visited this location a few times in the past and have no complaints. My most recent visit, Dec 14, was by far the best. The customer service was excellent. The gentleman at the window was great he even went a step forward and recommended a menu item that would help me save a little money. It is very much appreciated. Keep up the good work.

I'm so upset tonight me and my husband went to McDonald's in pea ridge and this isn't the 1st time this has happened they keep getting our order wrong every time how hard is it to read the screen grill light ketchup and mustard and extra onions. And we get extra ketchup pickles no onions why do we pay for orders and they can't do it right the 1st time. At 7:32 pm tonight we go thru the drive thru and order but these young kids can't do a order right..

As we waited, he was busy serving other customers, but when he finally returned, he hurriedly threw the ranch sauce at us and ran off again. We had to remind him about the missing sandwich, and he rolled his eyes as he went back inside. He came out and handed us the sandwich without any bag or packaging, just using his bare hands. Once we got home, we discovered that the food was cold and stale, and our sandwiches weren't made correctly. I've worked in fast food before and understand how challenging it can be, but this experience was just unacceptable. We were the first car in the drive-thru, and they weren't busy at all.
