"I have no idea where all these positive reviews are coming from. You don't need to have a background working fast food like I do to recognize when you've been given food that has been sitting under a heat lamp far longer than is legally allowed. I ordered a pastrami burger and a chicken sandwich with pastrami on it, chicken rings and fries. The chicken rings were so old and tough and dry that I really should have just gone back and shouted at the staff about that only. That was disgusting, and how dare you tell me that you're going to cook me fresh food at noon when you've got nobody there except for me and then hand me old food that you made 2 hours ago? My pastrami Burger was a soggy mess and the bun was disintegrating. That's how old it was. It wasn't even warm. The same goes for my chicken sandwich. Both were tasteless and old, and cold. The fries were maybe hot but they were hot like they had been under a heat lamp for at least a half hour. Not only that but there was supposed to be pastrami on my chicken sandwich but the guy at the drive-thru just was not listening. I understand that it's Saturday morning and maybe you want to be somewhere else, but at least do your job. I can't believe that a portion of the money that I paid today goes to paying him to barely work there. This was at noon on Saturday September 28th. I don't know what happened to the quality of this place, a year ago it was a great place to stop for something quick and cheap. But now it's just a nightmare. I can't believe that this store is still in business, the amount of health code violations that I was handed this morning in a brown paper bag blows my mind. At the time of writing this I don't know who to call to report yes, but believe me when I say that I will be finding out who to call to report these health code violations. This was disgusting, and it should have never made it past the drive-thru window. This is basic stuff, I do not understand the notion that working in a Drive-Thru is hard, especially because I did it all throughout my teen years. All you do is listen to what the person wants, put it into the cash register and then go on with the rest of your day. Yet the staff at this location make it seem like it's rocket science and they've only graduated high school so how are they supposed to be able to do that kind of math? Newsflash, it's not that hard, and literally anybody could work in a Drive-Thru and do well if they had even the most basic work ethic. I would be humiliated if I worked on the crew that works today.
