"I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant! The service was terrible. I asked to speak with the supervisor, but he didn't help at all and just sided with the waitress without listening to my side of the story. The waitress was dishonest, and even my son and I heard what she said. They charged us $4 for bread that was supposed to be complimentary, which felt like a total rip-off. I didn’t want the bread anyway because I thought there would be no charge; I was prepared to pay it, but it was unnecessary.
In the future, please communicate your policies better. We didn’t come there for free bread; we just wanted to clarify what to include in our order since we were ordering an entrée! We don’t ask for five free loaves! The other night, we received complimentary bread even though we only ordered one entrée, and there were no issues with that waitress. However, last night, the service from a waitress named Chloe was awful, and the supervisor didn’t do anything to address my concerns.
Just to reiterate, we don’t visit just for the free bread! We genuinely love the food, but after this experience, I’m not sure if we will be coming back. Thank you."
