"Since 2011, my friends I have always had positive experiences (food service) at this bar grill UNTIL Friday night 10/6/23 between 5-6:30pm. As an aside, the restaurant had open tables and I did not see a wait. A GEN Z waitress was training a GEN X waitress at our table. My friend I are late stage baby boomers. The GEN X waitress did great on her own and was only hampered by the GEN Z waitress 's LACK OF professionalism. My friend and I both ordered the pasta and fish specials for the day which were both delicious. That 's where the positives for the meal end. The GEN Z waitress asked my friend, Can I take your plate or would you like to lick it clean? My friend 's response, Aren 't you fresh! I was stunned, as I was still eating my meal and had a glass of wine to finish. At this point, I was asked if I wanted a box- I said no, I 'm still eating. My friend ordered a cup of decaf coffee which was burnt. A box was delivered to our table for my remaining meal. We were asked if we wanted dessert, coffee ?....at which point my friend mentioned the decaf coffee issue. GEN Z waitress response, it was made about 15 minutes ago and offered another cup. My friend said no AND I responded to Gen Z waitress question, with a NO- just the check. We would have entertained another drink, dessert and coffee but it was obvious the Gen Z waitress wanted the table to turn over. Why? We left-EACH spending $36 including a 20% tip for hopefully ONLY the GEN X waitress! We complimented the GEN X waitress as we left. NOT in a hurry to return..... "Jade Garden has a few different items on the menu. Their food is very good, but they also can have an off day like others. I do hold them at a higher status than other now local places or places I drive out to . Definitely try the tea sauce spicy chicken is delicious, the honey chicken is good, crispy chicken is good and is similar to honey chicken. The bourbon chicken I believe was decent, I don't recall it too much, but don't think I disliked it too much. The general gau's chicken was good, and moo shu was good as well. It's a good restaurant to grab some really good Chinese, and they've had an off day less than other places I go. I enjoy their menu choices over the normal same old' same ole' menu choices."

"I moved to Upton recently and decided to try the Italian food here. OMG is what I have to say. From fresh selection of items to the most tasty salad I've eaten to the crunchiest and most delicious pizza I've eaten with the advantage of creating my own flavor, as I am vegetarian. I also tried the Alfredo spaghetti, and despite I prefer the larger version of spaghetti it was still perfect in flavor, temperature, and overall look. It was ready for takeout promptly at the scheduled time. The cook is very dedicated and kind. Cozy little space for a meal, but I prefer to eat at home. Vegetarian options: You can pick the ingredients and create your own plates. Many veggies available. Dietary restrictions: They accommodate easily dietary restrictions Parking: It all depends if it's crowded when you get there. There's space to park on the street but no dedicated parking lot. "Not a fan… moved to Upton 3 years ago and stopped in a few times… tried pizza here and they use onion in the sauce, not for me. Another time came in 15 minutes before closing and couldn’t order at the deli because they were taking slicers down and most recently got sub rolls there that had mold starting to grow on a couple I didn’t notice at store. Always up to give somewhere a few tries but that’s it for me"
