Dunkin' - Menu

Actually has never once gotten my order correct, not once. I get a caramel macchiato too, not difficult. I have never gotten a single swirl of caramel in my coffee. Always a terrible drink.

This particular Dunkin' location has reduced the amount of sugar and cream in their coffee. They've now limited it to just 2 sugars and 2 creams for a large coffee. I really appreciate this change!

Worst setup I have ever seen at a Dunkin'. They do not allow you to go inside, but don't have any signs, so people try to avoid the slowest drive through in history, and get stuck in parking lot. Go to coffee bean across street and save yourself. Coffee was also burnt, which given the line to get one makes absolutely no sense View menu

I walked in and found the place in disarray. There was water all over the seats, tables, chairs, and the floor. The person mopping clearly wasn’t doing a good job and seemed to have taken a lengthy break according to other staff members. In addition, there was trash left on the tables, including a Dunkin' Donuts hat. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a breakfast sandwich. Whoever took my order didn't even take it correctly. I received a black and burnt bagel with a slice of American cheese. Not even what I asked for. I called back and decided on going in and getting the food I ASKED FOR instead of a refund. Whoever I spoke too was helpful and apologetic, however the way my food initially looked, completely unacceptable.

The worst DD I have ever bought from. Every time the order the food is slapped together . Ordered mini bagels they were Cold! They forgot to warm them up! The food is poorly prepared mostly burnt. I contacted the store I could not speak to a manager I contacted DD corporate and they said they would have someone call me and they never did. This store should just shut down. Since it was early summer, they had some charming seasonal items like inflatable tubes and towels available for purchase. They also offered the usual merchandise, like Dunkin' K-cups, mugs, and tumblers. I noticed a mobile order pickup station for those on the go; I haven't tried it yet, but it seems like a convenient option for anyone in a hurry. The place had a couple of tables and some cozy couches in front of a TV, creating a nice spot to relax.

This is the worst Dunkins I think I've ever been too, they always say that they can't make things a certain way when every other dunkins does it. I ordered the strawberry dragon fruit refresher and asked for extra of the strawberry flavoring and they said they can't add any extra. And when I received the drink the first time it was only tea with the tiniest bit of the flavor in it. I've never had this problem anywhere else, like open the cup and pour some more in :

This is the worst dunks in the area. Every single time I get coffee they have to remake it 2-3 times. I've lived in the area two years and maybe have gotten my coffee right here only a few times. Today they changed the size on me without asking and when I had them remake it a couple times, I started catching attitude. Not sure what the issue is at this location but this is why I don't go here. Every time I try them again, they mess something up. They also mentioned they're order tracker isn't right or updated.
