"I attempted to call four times to place a large order, but the phone was continuously busy. Frustrated, I went to the restaurant in person to find out what was happening. I tried to place a to-go order, but the owner intervened and was incredibly rude and unpleasant. When I explained that I had tried calling, he snapped that they were "too busy," despite there being only three small families dining in the restaurant. He then said they had taken the phone off the hook and refused to serve me, speaking in an aggressive tone as if he wanted to confront me.
I asked him, "Is this how you speak to your customers?" I warned him that if he continued this way, he'd soon be out of business. It was an unreal experience, to say the least."
