Food was very good, not over battered or over cooked. Great place for old fashioned fish fry, just like I remember

The fish was a lil overcooked but that was my only bad meal in all my trips there. Not a fan of seasoned fries, just give me the regular fries. I'll give them another try.

Wanted to try this for a while and it did not disappoint! We got the Boom Boom Shrimp and Catfish/Shrimp combo, and they were delicious! Side of Fries was great also. Food was ready quickly, and service was friendly. Highly recommend! View menu

Food is very tasty if you get what you order. Iordered a seafood special..Got the tasty flounder,, but didn’t get the shrimp part of the order.’ . Bummer. Was looking forward to the shrimp. Don’t know if I’ll come back after not getting my entire order.

I just left the restaurant, and all I could get was a shrimp basket. The staff had a list as long as the Constitution detailing everything they were out of. I quickly grabbed my plate and left before I got caught up in the chaos. It’s a seafood place, but at the moment, they didn’t have any seafood, fish, ketchup, or even ice... Yes, ice! Unbelievable!

But the worst part? They served us Kraft mac and cheese. I couldn't believe it—box mac and cheese! We should have just waited for some good mac to be brought out. And the crab cake? This is my favorite location for this franchise. The Ferrell Parkway spot is the best! This time, we ordered wings in several flavors: lemon pepper, mango habanero, kenyatta, garlic parmesan, and tangy gold. All of them had amazing flavors and were a big hit with the family. I already knew how fantastic the shrimp, salmon, and catfish were, but now I can add the wings to that list!

The food was satisfactory, but the woman who took my order was not very helpful. When I repeatedly asked about the pricing for the Create Your Own Platter (which wasn't listed), she avoided answering my questions. Frustrated, I decided to order something from another section of the menu, only to later realize that I probably spent around $10 more than I intended to for what I really wanted. It would be great if you could hire someone who is more able and willing to communicate effectively.

The food is tasty her, but after 3 times ordering, they only got it correct once. The first time I ordered Shrimp and Fish for 3-4 and they didnt send the Shrimp. The second time I placed a pick-up order and it was perfect. The third time I ordered a pick-up and they flatly refused to give me my order because I didn't have my phone with me. While I understand implementing security measures to insure folks get the correct order, the woman at the front told me directly that the requirement for an order number was explicit in the e-mail I got from the company I ordered with.
