"I highly recommend the Pho Ga, which is a traditional rice noodle soup with grilled marinated chicken, as well as the Bun Saigon, a special vermicelli noodle dish topped with grilled shrimp, grilled pork, and spring rolls. For appetizers, the Bo Lui—charcoal grilled beef skewers served with lettuce and herbs—has become one of our favorites.
However, I did encounter an issue when ordering food for pickup. On two occasions, the waiter mistakenly gave me someone else's order. On September 27th, when I got home and called the restaurant to report the mix-up, I was told to return the wrong order and pick up mine. I was frustrated and explained to the maitre d' that by the time I returned, all the food would be cold. I suggested they send me my order and take back the other customer's.
In the future, I’ll make sure to double-check my order before leaving the restaurant. I would recommend that the restaurant checks all pickup orders with customers before they leave to ensure they have exactly what they requested."
