"I highly recommend the Pho Ga, which is a traditional rice noodle soup with grilled marinated chicken, as well as the Bun Saigon, a special vermicelli noodle dish topped with grilled shrimp, grilled pork, and spring rolls. For appetizers, the Bo Lui—charcoal grilled beef skewers served with lettuce and herbs—has become one of our favorites. However, I did encounter an issue when ordering food for pickup. On two occasions, the waiter mistakenly gave me someone else's order. On September 27th, when I got home and called the restaurant to report the mix-up, I was told to return the wrong order and pick up mine. I was frustrated and explained to the maitre d' that by the time I returned, all the food would be cold. I suggested they send me my order and take back the other customer's. In the future, I’ll make sure to double-check my order before leaving the restaurant. I would recommend that the restaurant checks all pickup orders with customers before they leave to ensure they have exactly what they requested."

Nice restaurant, it was my first time trying Vietnamese food, the ramen was okay.

Best Vietnamese in NYC! The Bo Lui beef skewers are my new obsession and the Bo Thi Chanh beef salad was just the right amount of aromatics and spice. A must go again and again.

Very good pho for midtown, comparable to Nam Son/Thai Son in Chinatown! Did not need to add extra fish sauce or other seasoning for the broth to be edible. Got the Pho Tai, satisfied! View menu

Use to visit the Canal/ Mulberry St. location. It closed since Covid. Happy I happen to find their second location and they don’t disappoint. Quaint location, quiet and not overly pricey. 2nd visit for the week and I’m definitely going back

It’s a decent place for Vietnamese food in this area. I’ve been here for years. It’s not authentic flavor since this neighborhood influences. They have a bar and pretty busy before pandemic. I’m glad they can keep the business in the neighborhood. Their food tastes clean and properly cooked, served and prices are very affordable for location.

I knew I was taking a chance when I decided to order pad thai at this place and now I regret it. It was very bland/tasteless. Huge portion of noodles with some bean sprouts, very very little egg and 6-7 pieces of small shrimps. Next time I'll stick to pho or bun here. Friendly service though. Although I was told the takeout order would take 15 minutes, it ended up taking 30. View menu

I enjoyed a quick bowl of pho, which was quite good, and the pork chops were decent, though perhaps a bit sweeter than I prefer. It's challenging to find quality Vietnamese restaurants outside of Southern California, especially since Saigon Grill closed, but this place appears to be a solid option in the area. The service was a bit lackluster, but it was an hour before they closed.

This is one of the rare Vietnamese restaurants that serves Banh Cuon, which is similar to a larger version of steamed rice rolls filled with meat and topped with bean sprouts. This dish is considered a delicacy and is traditionally cooked in a special pot in Vietnam. We also thoroughly enjoyed the Pho, which had a wonderfully clear broth without any traces of oil or grease. We'll definitely be returning. Well done!

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
