"It's disappointing that you can place a phone order and still wait three hours—or even have to wait until the next day. The cleanliness of the establishment is lacking, and the quality of the food has been declining. Customer service is also very poor. It's unfortunate to see a place that tries to support people of color fail in terms of service. The environment needs attention; it's not clean, and waiting too long for your food is frustrating. It’s not solely about the money; it’s about the overall experience. They really need to improve."

"I bought 2 Rib sandwiches which were salty. I asked for more BBQ sauce to tone it down. Cashier advised me there's a charge of 50 cents each. I told him that wasn't fair I'm not returning food I just wanted more BBQ sauce to tone done. He went to say I'm the only one who complained and he'll give me 1 I'll have to pay for the other one. I asked him you rather lose a customer and sale over .50 cents.Needless to say I returned both sandwiches and they charged my credit card 21.40. We're talking about a CHURCH.How can you charge me something I returned?I put in a dispute and waiting on my credit card to be refunded. I'm so glad I paid with a credit card and not cash.Think about it, they lost food customer and sale. I wouldn't be surprised if they resold the sandwiches.JESUS TAKE THE WHEEL......"
