The cleanliness of the establishment is lacking, and the quality of the food has been declining. Customer service is also very poor. It's unfortunate to see a place that tries to support people of color fail in terms of service. The environment needs attention; it's not clean, and waiting too long for your food is frustrating. Without a doubt, this place serves the best rib tips in Atlanta. I rate the food a solid 5 stars. While the wait can be frustrating, the deliciousness and portion sizes make it worth your time. You have to embrace the idea of patience here; if you’re not patient, you might want to consider a different rib shack. Enjoy!

The wait time for food was ridiculous. 2 hrs for a large order of rib tips. I will never patronize them again my time is valuable also. I don't cate how good the food is it should NOT take HOURS to service your customers. Not the cleanest looking establishment either. Very old timey only accept cash payments. Yeah I will not be back. You'll come out cheaper making your own food.
