"Do not order from this restaurant on Uber Eats. This company engages in predatory fee-hiking. Essentially, they will add a charge to your order AFTER the point at which you can cancel the order without a cancellation fee, even when you literally haven't made any special requests whatsoever in your order. Our experience was only with Uber Eats, but I would assume that they use these predatory tactics with other online ordering platforms as well. Considering the restaurant's blatant dishonesty, I have no doubt that we dodged a culinary bullet with our experience. After all, if the food had any merit, this establishment would be able to generate a profit without deliberately lying to customers. (Also, notice how the owner only replies to positive Google reviews? This restaurant has more red flags than a matador."

"I wish i could put 0 stars on this review. I ordered a delivery order through their website. Shortly after i got texts saying door dash is delivering order. I understand places that use third party delivery service to help grow business. Where it started going wrong was when i got text messages from door dash saying my order was cancelled. After calling the store they were unable to provide a straight answer on where the order went. The door dasher picked up the order then canceled it on door dash side. Brothers pizza said order was not canceled and could not find order. They also refused to remake order without additional payment. After several phone calls to the store they were unable to come up with a solution. I drove down to the store myself and spoke with cashier amber and store manager artee. I was on the phone with artee and was told he wasn't able to do anything to compensate and door dash was responsible for the refund. As a store, they are held responsible to make sure the correct pick up person is getting the correct order and orders are being delivered. After leaving the restaurant without a refund or food that was paid for, i called door dash customer service and after going back and forth for an hour it came up as the restraunt was responsible for the refund. I have tried calling the store back to ask where the refund is but no one was answering the phone. I am never coming back here again as they do not have any idea what good customer service and are just trying to take peoples money with no service in return"

"Nothing special. Drove 30 miles to have lunch here. Service was stellar just not much flavor in the food . We ordered meatballs for an appetizer and two out of five were pretty cold. UPDATED and in response to Keeks. We were given fivemeatballs the size of a quarter, maybe slightly larger. I know your menu says two hand rolled, but we're not blind or stupid."

"I love Gumbys! So the place its self is not the most attractive, but the food, especially their special house pizzas are absolutely amazing. My favorite being the stoner pie pizza. They have some pretty monster pizzas too. Also if you aren't lookingfor pizza thier poky sticks are these amazing breadsticks... always amazing. They do delivery directly from them as well asunder chomp and possibly more delivery services. I would absolutely recommend this place if you are looking for gloriouslyfilling food."

"My experience with Big Daddy pizza was HORRIBLE today! I paid $45 for a specific kind of pizza HALF pepperoni HALF cheese! When I received the pizza and finally make it to my destination I see the pizza is ALL Pepperoni …. So I call the company express to them the pizza was made wrong so they advise for me to come back they’ll give me another pizza!! So I make my way back the SAME employee who told me to come told me I now had to speak with management …. So I speak with the manager he proceeds to tell me he can’t give me a pizza without a picture …. (Not telling me this over the phone) which should’ve been said before they agreed to giving me the pizza! I’m really upset because it’s my daughter’s 2ND Birthday this is unacceptable!! "So I just ordered from here today, I ordered online via their website today at 1:10pm. I left the house at 1:15 and got there at 1:30. She said because the app has a lead of 45 minutes, EVEN when you pick ASAP. They don 't start making the food until the time the website said it would be ready, so I sat there 25 minutes. They knew I was there, and I finally, 25 minutes later, went up to the pickup area, where I had been sitting 3 ft away from. There is my order! Wow, I sat there for 25 minutes and no one thought to bring it out??So I get home and open it. It 's not steamed. It 's just a cold sub. The mushrooms we ordered were totally uncooked and not even close to an edible fried mushroom. And my wife got a turkey sub that had ONE slice of turkey on it. I was so mad that I had WASTED 45 minutes of my 1 hour lunch I threw it in the garbage and got Wendys.My wife called to get a refund since we hadn 't eaten the food we spent 20.77 on. And she was told I would have to drive BACK up with the food and waste another 30 minutes of my life proving I didn 't want their food.This will be the last you ever see from me again, so enjoy the 20 bucks.It is saying error occured when trying to upload a photo of my totally untouched sub. I will add that later just to prove that I am not trying to steal the food, I threw it in the trash."

"This spot is a fun place to play trivia on Friday nights. A mix of young and old folks playing. The trivia host TIm does a great job. It serves the typical bar food which is pretty good. We have enjoyed pizza and burgers there. The food is a little on the pricey side. Two burgers and two cokes before tip is is about thirty six dollars. I have always had excellent service from the wait staff while there. They do not have physical menus. Only on the phone. I wish they would change this since it is hard to read all of the menu on the phone."

"I had the chance to try Fully Loaded tonight, and it was fantastic! My friend ordered lemon pepper wings and claimed they were the best in the area. I opted for a Margherita pizza and was very pleased with it! I especially loved the garlic they serve there. The atmosphere is great, with several games playing on the TVs, which is always a bonus! "Visited because vegan options were advertised. Unfortunately the associate preparing our food doesn’t understand veganism and cross contamination so we decided not to go forward with our complete order. No big deal and no complaints from my end because not everyone understands. Instead I opted to purchase a normal cheese pizza for my son and waited. Sadly, the demeanor and dismissive nature upon receiving my sons order was extremely passive aggressive and mocking. The associate tossed my sons order on the table and stated “have a good night” in a tone laced with sarcasm. I continued out the door again with no complaints or rebuttal. Once in my car I contemplated complaining to the store manager so I returned to find that the store manager was in fact present and witness all along. I asked for the corporate number and was told it wasn’t one available. I asked if the location was a franchise. The manager denied that as well. I then asked for the managers superior and other locations and was told “Rob” owns this location as well as Katy’s location and that was it. That couldn’t be further from the truth as this company has a very grand footprint. My suggestion would be to try another location that is more knowledgeable, respectful and accommodating. I cannot comment on the quality of the food but the service was disappointing and belittling."

"This place is focused on the younger crowd and has some cool moods. The menu will be published on the front of the counter so you can see what you want before time. On my trip I have two different types of pizza. They called the mixer and the other was a mixture with light fire. The pizza is light and doesn't make me feel crowded. The toppings and the diverse selection of pizza are also fascinating. Finally, the staff were fantastic and brought their A game. "Online prices were much lower than the prices posted in the store. We ordered a build your own (14.99) and a 2 topping (7.99 plus 2.50) and somehow the total ended up being 39.19. Thank God I had a coupon from Local Flavor, which made the total cost 25.19 for the most mediocre pizza I have ever eaten. So greasy! I had to call twice because no one answered the phone. I thought it was because of the lunch rush, but when I arrived to pick up, there was only the one very grumpy guy. He didn’t even get the order right! I asked for mushrooms and got pepperoni. My fault for not checking it before I left. I would be much more forgiving if the place had been super busy but this guy made me feel like I was bothering him by ordering pizza. One and done for me."
