"The food was average at best. We recently moved to the area and were craving some good burgers. We decided to try this restaurant, but the wait for our food was unbearable. Many other customers were also complaining about the wait and the quality of their meals. When our food finally arrived after 30 minutes or more, the onion rings were extremely greasy. I asked for fries instead, which were decent. The buns on our burgers were rock hard, prompting my daughter to eat her patty without the bun. I took a couple of bites before giving up on trying to chew through the tough bun. The restaurant did give us a discount on our meal, but unfortunately, we will not be returning. Our first experience at this restaurant was not a good one, and first impressions are important."

"When we head to Michigan, we almost always stop at Willow. Willow is an unassuming looking little restaurant that you'd probably pass by without another thought. That would be a mistake. There's usually a line at the drive-thru, especially in the warmer months, but it's no surprise. We absolutely LOVE the sloppy joes. They're like the kind of sloppy Joe you would find at a church basement rummage sale. Or K of C Thursday night Bingo. Trust me, get the sloppy joe. And you will definitely want to get a side of fries. They are fresh cut and freaking delicious!"

"today my mother and I decided to stop after a long day (that was our first time) eating was not what we expected when we looked at the ugly price. if I pay almost $65 for meals, I want them to be done right and taste good. the fries were waaaay over boiled, the chicken sluice I had hardly any kind of taste to him, the only thing that had really tasted were the bbq sauces. I ate only a little because I was absolutely faded, but I leave this review and photos because I don't lie about it, was disappointing and a waste of $60. I should have just gone to hog wild. Never?"

"Stopped in at 11am on a Thursday for breakfast. Very friendly service, good omelet and pancakes. But the pies! We got the last fruit pie (blueberry) and last lemon meringue (although they where making more lemon while we were there). Both pies fabulous, piled high with filling and the meringue is almost 3 high. Perfect amount of sweetness. The bottom crust was good and not soggy. Only negative was the edge crust that lies on the pie plate is so thick you need a sharp knife to cut through it. But that didn 't stop us for going back the next weekend for apple and strawberry rhubarb (excellent) and ordering today for Mother 's Day)!"

"The locals love this restaurant for a reason. The food is outstanding, the staff is consistently friendly, and the prices are quite reasonable. Even when it's packed, they manage to serve delicious meals in no time. The heavenly hash topped with a couple of perfectly cooked eggs is likely how the sky tastes—definitely a good thing, as it’s probably rich enough in calories to whisk you up to the heavens a bit sooner!"

"The name says everything!! It is a beautiful place to eat breakfast, brunch or even lunch. This place has a lot of parking. Inside has spacious seating. Clean and friendly service. Great place to bring the whole family. They are open 6-2 weekends are more busy, but do not wait badly. My husband I had breakfast in DELICIOUS. The waitress was helpful and friendly, even if she was busy. The food was hot, which I really appreciate!! Eggs are right. The only negative is my cheese on the hashbrowns was American slice cheese. I feel shredded Cheddar is much better, but the potatoes weren't terrible. We're definitely going back. If you haven't tried the Waffle Shoppe, I suggest you try it."

"I grew up around Hot n Now in the Midwest, so the buildings are pretty easy to spot. The last real Hot n Now is in Sturgis, Michigan, which is not too far from where I live. I was headed out of Bay City around Lunchtime, and saw the building, so I gave them a try. I had an Olive Burger and a B81 Burger. The Olive Burger was a bit heavy on the toppings, if that's possible, and the B81 Burger was a mess. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't great. It was ok. Again, it's fast food, so the expectations are not all that high. The shake I got was excellent."
