"I pre-ordered a sub about an hour in advance since I only have a 30 minute lunch break. I got there at the time my order was supposed to be ready and told them my name at the pick up counter. The employee said let me go look for it', walked away and then began helping others without saying another word to me. I waited for 10 minutes and then asked if he knew how much longer it would be, I wasn't argumentative, I was just asking since I had only 15 minutes left of break and still had to eat and get back to work. He said they're working on it I should learn some patience ...... I was never rude, never argued, and ordered in ADVANCE, because I didn't want to WAIT, and not be able to eat on my break. If I had 15 minutes to stand around I would have stood in line and ordered instead of ordering an hour beforehand. The food wasn't even that good and they put onions on it which was not requested. Bad attitude, poor costumer service, low quality food. That was my first time eating there and my last. I will NEVER eat there again."
