"I pre-ordered a sub about an hour in advance since I only have a 30 minute lunch break. I got there at the time my order was supposed to be ready and told them my name at the pick up counter. The employee said let me go look for it', walked away and then began helping others without saying another word to me. I waited for 10 minutes and then asked if he knew how much longer it would be, I wasn't argumentative, I was just asking since I had only 15 minutes left of break and still had to eat and get back to work. He said they're working on it I should learn some patience ...... I was never rude, never argued, and ordered in ADVANCE, because I didn't want to WAIT, and not be able to eat on my break. If I had 15 minutes to stand around I would have stood in line and ordered instead of ordering an hour beforehand. The food wasn't even that good and they put onions on it which was not requested. Bad attitude, poor costumer service, low quality food. That was my first time eating there and my last. I will NEVER eat there again."

they were sooo busy so I understand mistakes happen, but I was retrieved for the delivery of a Uber-Ess pickup order that was not packed. there were two drinks and the wrong chips.

Love their subs, always delicious worth every penny. The men women who work there are generous with the subs, very polite welcoming everytime someone walks into the restaurant. We eat there about 4 times a week.

I ordered #16 Mikes Chichen Philly and when I got home its was a the steak. When I retuned the stack I got no apology. No compensation for my ride back and forth to the store. Won't be coming back to this store. View menu

Ordered thru the App. The sandwich was delivered and the instructions were not followed making the sandwich inedible. I called the store and they were rude and refused to help and said I could deal with the manager in the morning.

update review. As always TEAM JORDAN Andrews Ave radiates through! These guys give the real Jersey feeling. Subs and smiles. Great service. Great staff. Had a company dinner recently. Excellent results. Happy people. And fyi, the neighboring store does not come near as this place does....the JERSEY MIKEs way...!!!! (Repeat loyal customer)
