"bouray’s is my destination for Vermicelli shots in the city of houston. today I was busy at work and ordered my usual by uber eats. I usually don't get the vermicelli, but the salat and other add-ins make for it. Typically, their parts are plentiful. today I felt robbed. overall my box was half filled. they normally give 2 cut eggs, I got 1. the meat was about 1/2 of their regular portion size. I ordered both din-in and to-go mothers. I've never been so disappointed and hungry after one of her meals! I also ordered a bottle soda and got a fountain drink. sooo soouo disappointed?"

"Very good food. I have no complaints about the food at all. The service could be better. I called ahead and placed an order, the guy I usually deal with was not present but I order from them alot. However, I was about 30 mins away when I placed the order and when I arrived it was not started. It's not because the restaurant was busy because there were 0 customers in the store. The guy who was running the store waited until I arrived to make my order. I called and ordered in advance because I had somewhere to be but because this guy is worried about the store getting paid, they didnt make the order. I would suggest that this store- when taking over the phone orders just require that the customer pays up front. Don't have people who ordered ahead of time waiting around! We call ahead for a reason. So many businesses be focused on the wrong thing. Satisfied customers should always be the goal. I was in a rush and this was a huge inconvenience all because I got a different staff person who decided to change things up. I like the food but unlikely to return."
