"My partner, his daughter and I at at Crusoe's last week. My partner and I had dinner there before, but this was his daughters first time going. The food was great and I haven't eaten anything yet that didn't taste good and from here. I ordered a side salad, fried shrimp and onion rings. My partner ordered a chicken dinner with two sides. His daughter ordered an order of fries and a 3 Pepper Wings. She said the wings weren't hot at all, but we're good. We ordered mozzarella sticks for an appetizer. Crusoe's has various specials during the week which is always a good thing. They also have a discount card that you can use each time you visit to save a percentage on your meal. Sign up is free. There prices are not bad at all with most menu items being under $20. They give you lots of food for the price you pay. We didn't have to wait long for our food and our waitress has been great each time. Upon entering you do have to wear a mask until seated. Each booth is separated by a curtain shield which gives a nice touch to the ambiance of the establishment. This is a great place to take the family including the kiddos. This establishment is wheelchair accessible. There's ample parking outside on the street as well. We've been safe walking to this establishment, but we did be sure to watch out surroundings as usual. What I love about Crusoe's is that there's pictures and memorabilia around the entire place. I love looking at them and noticing something different when we've been. I especially love the big giant soda cap. This is very different, but fun to see. You'll see what I mean when you visit. There's an outside patio, but I've never eaten out there, but I will at least once. #Tonetta"

"Response to owner at the end.Rude and Unclean workers.I wanted to go to a different location, but my mom wanted to stop at this location because it was closer.A younger gentleman waited on my mom. When asked to put on gloves before handling her food, he complied, plus he was nice and respectful. Then the gas/store cashier, walked behind the food counter, touched the cutting board, the counter, and took lettuce from the refrigerator without washing his hands. And then the older guy comes in, grab the seasoning and sprinkle my mom’s food without washing his hands. After I brought it to his attention, it all went downhill from there.Because he only sprinkled it and did not touch the container it was in, my mom was okay with taking it.So, on his own, he replaced it. He had to go into the refrigerator to get a new one. And because he was already frustrated I did not want him to do that because I feared he may or may not contaminate my moms food. He did not want to give me the original item and was determined to give me the item he replaced. He continued to ignore my request and questions about her food. Plus he’d stated, I wanted the food he’d come in contact with replaced. So I just took the original item along with the rest of her food and left because it’s not that serious.I am only asking you to be clean while doing your job, what is so hard about that?I did not order any food from this place and if you do, you have been warned.Response to OwnerYou may not serve lettuce, but the guy in the black shirt, took 2 packages of romaine lettuce, 3 in each pack, out of the refrigerator. The lettuce was in a clear package with a dark blue top. The lettuce looked molded, he took it out of the package, he pulled the molded leaf off and threw it away. And as he was stripping away the leaves, he ended up throwing the entire thing away.I see out of my entire post, that this is what you responded to. You never mentioned the fact that neither of you or the 2 gentleman I am referring to washed their hands. And the older gentleman did not wash his hands until it was brought to his attention. It’s great to see that no one takes responsibility for the errors that are made at this Williams Chicken location."

"If I could give 10 stars I would. The employee here made my trip so much better, I will never forget it. This happened in October. I didn't catch his name a younger gentleman I believe Hispanic but may be wrong. I purchased a honey fried chicken sandwich and 2 donuts for me and my girl. The sandwich after 1 bite was so good I needed another one even though I wasn't hungry it was for my girl. After paying for the 2nd one I sit down to eat outside and open it to take a bite and something splashes on me and over all our food. I look up and 2 stories up is a window cleaner or something. He dropped his chemicals all over our food and when I said hey and pointed at my food he started laughing. I don't know if he speaks English my girl starts yelling at him in Spanish and he slowly lowers to the ground I calm her down and tell her it's fine to not worry about it. I went in to purchase another one because the contractor outside not affiliated with astro doughnuts dropped chemicals on our food and the employee said to not worry about paying and he got me. I was so surprised and that act of kindness did not go unnoticed my brother. Keep up the good work I went back in about 10 minutes later to thank him and give him a good tip. the contracting company never took responsibility and the manager came over but didn't offer to pay us back he said we should have not sit where we did because there was a single cone under the guy 2 stories up and no one else safeguarding the area if a whole bucket that was dropped. After though the contractor put up more cones."
