"A man reflects on his experience with a burrito from El Balcon during a Helium Lunch event organized by his employer, Helium Development, in June 2021. He had just accepted a new job and knew this would be his final Helium Lunch. Although he was excited about savoring the delicious flavors of El Balcon, he was unable to indulge in a burrito that day because his wife was feeling slightly unwell. Fast forward to 2022, after a new job didn't work out, Helium rehired him, and now he is eagerly anticipating the chance to enjoy an El Balcon burrito again at the upcoming Helium Lunch event. After a long absence, he can't wait to reunite with the delightful taste of the Cuban burrito and savor the Salvadorian goodness once more."
