"It's incredibly disrespectful to treat a loyal customer, spending $200 on pizza, in such a way. When I called to discuss the situation, the manager claimed there was no middle finger on the slip and insisted he hadn’t seen it. When my brother and I visited the store shortly afterward, the manager denied knowing anything about it. When we asked for the slip, they said it had just been thrown out. Throughout this ordeal, I never received an apology or any effort to understand what had happened. The only response I got from the staff was, "None of us were working yesterday."
Given this experience, I will absolutely never order from Famous Pizza Tiverton again. I truly hope they improve their customer service."
