"Kirby here at Jones Fried Chicken is an amazing manager there. She's usually there early and during the lunch time. She is professional, dedicated, and she will make sure your order is on point because she cares about her job and honestly care about the customers that comes through. She smiles and greets like everytime. The food is amazing, but she makes sure that it's great ever time! With that said, Jones is one of my favorite restaurants in Houston. Even when I lived in Alabama, I asked my friend to pick me up some Jones when he was headed back. It's about 30 minutes from my house but it's worth it. I don't usually do reviews but in this case, I should because customer service needs to be publicized when such good job has been done. My absolute go to is the mixed platter with white/red sauce. The red sauce can be hot so get it on the side if you can't handle it. But the chicken is fire, chicken platter and the other items are great to try as well! I hope they stay around because Houston won't be the same if they weren't."
