Grey food always come her but today was not satisfied with their service . Asked for a chicken burger and they gave me a gyro bread wrap . Was getting late to work so I couldn’t go back and they put too much white sauce .

The food was delicious and served in generous portions. It's one of the few halal restaurants that stays open late, making it a great option if you're looking for something other than fast food late at night. Overall, I had a very positive experience.

I ordered white sauce, but it was completely forgotten. The customer service was poor; when I mentioned the issue, the response was dismissive and they hung up on me instead of being apologetic. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened. For that reason, I’m giving just 1 star.

First fell in love this place about 5 years ago, moved away and miss it. Don't be fooled by the building definitely need some TLC, food is amazing. Chicken and rice bowl was amazing, for the amount of food that you get the prices is amazing. We'll definitely try to get the gyros, it's called Jones chicken don't waste your time with the chicken 5 out of 5.

Best chicken and rice bowl hands down! JFC always has great taste and size-able portions. My favorite part is dropping by whenever, their hours are crazy. I've been here at 12pm and at 12 am and the food is always good. I've been hearing about this awesome halal restaurant for ages from a buddy, so I finally gave it a shot. We ordered Chili Cheese Fries, Lamb Over Spicy Rice, and Combo over yellow rice. The food was delicious and the meats were perfectly cooked. The portion sizes were just right. Now, I'm usually a fan of spicy stuff, but the spicy rice was too spicy, and I thought I am gonna die. Lesson learned, next time I'm sticking to the yellow rice. Thanks to my friend who recommended it. Now I am recommending all of you.

We were passing by for a few months and finally decided to try the chicken here. Never, ever again! The customer service was great. Atmosphere was nice, but their chicken was straight trash, with absolutely no seasoning. Chicken looked and tasted like it was fried in burnt cooking oil, It was horrible! Spent $30 on 2 of the 4 piece and after eating 1 piece, between myself and husband, we couldn't eat anymore. If I could have given zero stars, I would have. I don't see how anyone can eat their chicken. We're too afraid to try anything else here after this experience. This was a complete waste! Kirby here at Jones Fried Chicken is an amazing manager there. She's usually there early and during the lunch time. She is professional, dedicated, and she will make sure your order is on point because she cares about her job and honestly care about the customers that comes through. She smiles and greets like everytime. The food is amazing, but she makes sure that it's great ever time! With that said, Jones is one of my favorite restaurants in Houston. Even when I lived in Alabama, I asked my friend to pick me up some Jones when he was headed back. It's about 30 minutes from my house but it's worth it.
