"I recently dined at this restaurant for the first time in a year and was disappointed with my experience. I used to really enjoy the food here, but it seems something has changed. I ordered the pho tai (steak), but the portion of meat was minimal and the broth was lacking flavor, no amount of sriracha could save it. On the plus side, there was a generous amount of noodles. The pork egg rolls also didn’t meet expectations; they were wrapped in rice paper, which caused them to bubble up instead of being smooth and crispy. The texture was off and they didn’t have the satisfying crunch I was looking for. To make matters worse, the filling was dry and flavorless. My boyfriend ordered the chicken and rice, which was also very dry, as if it had been sitting out all day. To top off our disappointing meal, we found not one, but two pieces of hair (one long and one short) in our food—one in the egg rolls and one in the chicken plate. Unfortunately, I don’t think I'll be returning."
