"After reading all the reviews I was excited to try the bbg at bowlegged.I'm a fan of brisket and a good hotlink so I decided to try their signature bowlegged sandwich with both a hotlink and brisket.The sandwich was served with pickle slices and no extra sauce. I asked if they had more than one sauce as I like to try the variety a place might offer, only one sauce here so I asked for some extra.The bread was delicious, the hotlink was pretty much what I expected but the brisketon my sandwich was chopped with very fatty chunks and really had no depth of flavor. The sauce also did not have a depth of flavor and seemed more like an oily dressing.The vibe here was wonderful and the staff friendly. It may be a style I'm not familiar with or into because everyone else seems to love the food here."
