I took it up and started going to the register. One of the girls shot me? Did you pay for it? I said: No, I put my order on the phone and now? We have to give it to you.? Did you say that? T. In fact, nobody moved when I came in. I guess too close to the closing time. Or, if you say back to someone to go to get their own food from the counter, then you shouldn't do it on them. The terrible people behind the counter (all of you), I hope you? less than a minimum wage Because you are? re worthwhile. I've always eaten here. Not anymore. By the way, the fish sandwich is terrible and their fries are just high. Should I? ve just threw my money into the garbage. Because that's exactly what happened to the food."

"The food at this restaurant is outstanding, and I've been a loyal patron for more than 20 years. However, there's an employee named Jazmin who is consistently rude. Her attitude is disappointing, and she often treats customers poorly, particularly those who speak Spanish. It's as if she believes she owns the place. I'm seriously thinking about not returning because of her lack of customer service and unpleasant demeanor. With such an attitude and subpar service, she should not be at the counter!"

"I was looking for a substitute for El Pollo Loco just to see if it was any better so I decided to try for the first time today. The service was quick, the food was tasty, hot and fresh but overall I wouldn't say it was better or worse than El Pollo Loco. Just different. The garlic sauce was fantastic and the green chili sauce had a strong kick. So if you are tired of eating the same old chicken, and want to try something different, give Fuego 360 a try. The only negative was the price. Expect to pay more."

"I tried the Potato Salad Rice before I ordered them. The Potato Salad had light Mayo the way I like it. And the Rice was moist. So I upgraded both of them to large with my whole Chicken combo meal. But when I got to my parents house about 10 miles away to eat it, the large Potato Salad had heavy Mayo. Most of the Rice was dry stuck together. And most of the Chicken was overcooked dry! So I wasted $21.52 on it! Since it was too far to take it all back complain about it, when my Parents were hungry. So I won?t go there again. Since nothing was made or cooked correctly!"

"This was my first time picking up food here. I've heard good things about this location so decided to ordered a whole chicken, rice and potato salad for an event. All of the guest said that the chicken was bland and dry. I didn't like that the whole pack of flour tortillas or stuffed together. We couldn't even peel them off. I don't know if I caught them on a bad day. The service was pretty good so I give them another try sometime in the future."

"Sometimes you find a fantastic Restaraunt by ordering as a first time customer when you're hungry. My family and I have ordered from here 3 seperate occaisions, and it is PHENOMENAL every time. There is no place like it. Colonel Sanders joint is right next door, and it can't touch this place. There is no comparison. Each component of the dish is delicious and unique. I couldn't see anyone giving bad reviews here, unless they are terrified of the competition. Will come back and look forward to the experience each and every time. The Staff is super nice, as well."

"So I went for the first time today. I got the dinner plate which is a half chicken, 4oz rice, 4oz, beans and 4oz potato salad, salsa, tortillas and a drink for 9.99. The price is good for the combo plate. The best part is the chicken is a good size not like at other chicken places. It's very similar to Juan Pollo if I had to compare. I will say that I like the rice better from Juan pollo but I would definitely reccomend this because it's a good price, decent taste and a good amount of food. The service was amazing too the two guy's there when I went were super fast, efficient and very nice."

"I had their birria for the first time and I'm telling you....it was DELICIOUS! Fresh, hot, very tender and juicy. My only complaint is that of the 32oz container I ordered, half the container was ALL JUICE so the bigger size was misleading in termsof quantity. Ordering the bigger size I thought would be sufficient for a family of 5. It was but served smaller portions anddefinitely not seconds. Juan's did provide a healthy servings of the onions, cilantro, radishes, etc. Glad I ordered extra sideslike rice and potato salad to satisfy the want for second helpings but, other than that, I am glad I tried it and no one wasdisappointed. Very tasty and will be ordering from there again. Hopefully, this is read and they consider packing more meat thanjuice like a 75/25 ratio as opposed to 50/50. Picture shows container of juice after every piece of meat was taken out."
