"This used to be one of my favorite spots for roasted chicken. I visited on May 29, 2021, and ordered the 2-chicken special deal. Unfortunately, the taste of the chicken is no longer the same. It was extremely dry, and both my kids and I nearly choked on it. The flour tortillas were too cold as well. I don't think I'll be returning until I hear from the owner about taking responsibility for ensuring the chicken retains its former quality. This place no longer serves good-quality chicken. I remember when the chicken was juicy and flavorful, but now it’s just small, dry pieces with no taste and cold tortillas. I can honestly say that Costco and Food 4 Less have better rotisserie chicken now."

Biggest and Cleanest Juan Pollo I've been to. Food was good, love the salsa! Prices are good as well. Staff was very organized and efficient. Worth stopping to eat here.

The best rotisserie chicken that I've ever had in my life. I've been eating it since I was a little kid it's still just as good, I traveled all the way from Las Vegas to get some. View menu

This is my favorite Juan Pollo location by far. The food is flavorful, their rice isn't too sticky the potato salad is fire and the staff is always friendly! I give them five stars but they're easily a ten.

Wasted 30 bucks. Rice was bland. Potato salad was not right. It tasted like cleaner and something expired. Maybe watching them prep the chicken in the sinks really messed it up for me. Everyone in my family felt sick after eating. I feel so bad forfeeding it to them.

We ordered the jumbo pack and it really is delicious! The seasoning is wonderful on the chicken and the sides were very tasty. I appreciate that the sides aren?t overpowering. We got a free two-liter soda with their Monday special. This will likely be aregular place for us to visit. View menu

A true San Bernardino staple! Undoubtedly the best rotisserie chicken you’ll find anywhere! The potato salad is incredibly tasty! I just wish they had more locations! The dining area has been beautifully renovated recently and looks fantastic! If you’re nearby, this place is an absolute must-visit!

I've been coming to this Juan Pollo location for a long time. The staff is always welcoming, the restaurant is clean, and the food is reliably well-prepared and served promptly. I typically order by phone and almost never experience any issues. The busy lunchtime crowd says a lot about their excellent customer service and the loyalty they inspire. I definitely recommend this place!

"I 've been here a couple times, and I plan to go back. On my most recent visit (Thursday, 1/11), I discovered that you can order a Chili Verde omelette and choose Biscuits and Gravy as a side... and being a So Cal native with Southern roots, I naturally tried combining them in their warm flour tortillas (not handmade, I don 't think, but still very high quality). The result? *Legendary*: the Verde is actually surprisingly spicy, and benefits from the buttermilk notes of the gravy (which is a unique hybrid between white and brown, including delicious sausage crumbles that punctuate the experience as little flavor bombs, lol). The biscuits are exactly the consistency you want, being crispy on the outside and oh so malleably doughy at the core, which elevates the tortilla considerably in the mix. Every wall of the place is decorated with local kitsch (road signs and posters galore, including easter eggs for those who know San Bernardino well), and it pulls off the postmodern '50s diner vibe with aplomb, despite the slight uncertainty you might feel in terms of where to actually go when you 're ready to pay the bill (pro tip: just head to the register), and you definitely get the sense that it 's a family owned establishment that intends to be there for a long time, as I hope it does. Shout out to the service, too it wasn 't particularly busy, but the kitchen and front end staff worked extremely well together in order to provide for all the various needs going on (several folks at the bar, three booths (of which I was one), and a to go order being taken care of in the corner) without any lapse in check ins. I only finished half my drink, and when I asked for a to go cup for the rest, she returned with a full cup of fresh soda, along with friendly conversation that made me feel like I 'd been going there for years. tl;dr: Fantastic all around diner, with humble prices and a vast selection of good eats while being provided with the best service this side of Waterman Ave., lol definitely recommend as a destination for both San Bernardino residents and anyone looking for a decent meal."
