"The wife and I came all the way from South Seattle/ Olympia to have their BBQ again. The Brisket was our favorite. We had the Brisket and Rib plate with a side of chicken. The only disappointing thing was an older Mexican Lady came from out the back to clean tables, however she didn't clean any tables and just touch three tables with her rag and proceeded to go straight to the garbage lid and wipe it vigorously with the rage, and go back to one of the tables and wipe it down a lot with the same garbage rag. Then she slightly wiped two other tables with the same garbage rag, missing all the crumbs and food particles left over from previous diners. What other food sanitation violations are being committed when nobody is watching? That is why I rated their Service at Two Stars."
