"The ramen broth was a bit bland for a ramen specialty shop. The drink glasses are not allowed to dry prior to their storage my glass had visible spots of mold or mildew that scuffed away when rubbed that I noticed after nearly finishing my water. The server looked at a few cups against the light and said, Yeah, it seems just like normal wear and tear... as he rifled through the visibly stacked wet cups. (I just asked for a to go cup).The floors are visibly soiled, the bathroom has dried soap built up under the barely working soap dispenser, the curtain that serves as the door to the prep area is caked with grease stains... we arrived about 45 minutes after opening.Also, I think the office was the deck chair behind the black wicker partition in the dining area."
