Sometimes they run out of boba, but it’s good to know they use fresh boba everyday and run out throughout the day instead of using day-old boba. Def worth checking out. I've been coming for over 15 years. And everything is fresh what you can see who you are going, I have tried another location, and I can say I can stay with this place never went wrong on my order and even treatment thank you for the years in View menu

I have been going to this tea house for years now. My God daughter who is Vietnamese told us about this place about 10 years ago. They have the best Avocado with tapioca smoothie. I’ve tried a few of the others but the avocado is my favorite.

Great prices, excellent products, and quick service! This restaurant earns a solid 5 stars for its price, quality, and service. However, the neighborhood isn't the most appealing, which is why I gave it 4 stars. Definitely worth a visit—I’ve always been satisfied with my experience here!
