"I ordered wings and was told it would take about 10 minutes. After waiting 25 minutes, I ended up with someone else's order. A middle-aged Asian woman, who had just handled money without wearing gloves, opened the box and said it was mine. When I showed her my receipt and explained that I had ordered wings, she claimed my order was still being cooked and would be ready shortly. She went into the kitchen and, after speaking in a language I couldn't understand with the cooks, my order was ready within two minutes. Unfortunately, the wings were cold and looked like they had been warmed up again, yet she insisted they were fresh. I asked another customer to confirm this, and when I did, she said there would be no refunds. I even recorded the entire experience and intend to share it. On top of that, there was an underage employee working there as well. I cannot support this establishment in our community! We deserve better treatment, especially in a place where we were born and raised. Beware of Kroger Plaza, Hibachi Stop!"
