I approached a young woman who was cleaning tables and asked for help, but she responded silently and without any expression. She walked to a warmer, grabbed a box, and handed it to me without saying a word. I thanked her, but she still didn’t acknowledge me.
The staff seemed to be mostly young and inexperienced, and it was clear there was a significant lack of communication, organization, and training at the restaurant. One employee with dark hair stood out as friendly and engaging, which was a nice change. I took a moment to fill out the comment section on the back of the table sign, but I’m afraid my feedback might have just been discarded. Overall, the service clearly needs improvement and more comprehensive training for the staff."
