Idaho Pizza is always a wonderful spot to dine. I appreciate the unlimited salad bar and the welcoming ambiance. I tried a custom pizza, and it exceeded any of the other chain pizza delivery choices. I will definitely return!

Wow! Great Pizza and salad and the service is outstanding to match. Highly recommend them! Update: We had two combined group meetings there and the service and food were outstanding! Yes I still highly recommend them. Update 2: Google because I do alot of reviews keeps asking me over the months if I still think Idaho pizza company is a great place to go hands down yes! There’s nothing to get excited about here. The buffet was average at best. It wasn’t terrible, but it also wasn’t great. The pizza wasn't the best I've had, but it definitely wasn't the worst either. If you're looking for an inexpensive meal during a family outing, I would consider trying the lunch buffet again, which runs from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The service wasn’t very impressive either; the staff provided inconsistent instructions regarding seating, and it felt as though we were being treated as if we had made a mistake. This might improve with better training.

The pizza was good, but the service was terrible. They forgot my salads, and when I went back to get them, I realized they also forgot the garlic knots once I was home. I called to address the issue, and the so-called supervisor claimed she didn’t know about it. I got frustrated and reminded her that her staff needs to ensure orders are complete before handing them out. I also told her that I wouldn’t be returning for a third time since I’m on vacation. To start, we LOVE Idaho Pizza. But after several attempts to call Friday afternoon, they were all met with a voicemail recording. Sunday comes around, we are still craving pizza. We are met with the same response (or lack there of). Again, loving Idaho Pizza, we tried to give another location a chance. They pick up and even kindly tell us they would be willing to still deliver for the inconvenience it would just take longer. No issue. We give them payment info and order. Hi, we were there yesterday afternoon, 7/26/22, to order 2 large pizzas for takeout. The 1st pizza was a Garlic Chicken. The 2nd pizza was an Idaho Supreme minus the ground beef and green pepper. We sat on a bench, waiting forever for our pizza. We were told that there was a mistake on one pizza, so they had to re-do it. Meanwhile, everyone else is getting their pizza ahead of us. When we finally got our pizzas, they still were not right. The Supreme Pizza had no mushrooms or olives, and maybe 10 small pieces of onion and even less each of the various meats. After waiting about 40 minutes while other diners finished their meals and began to leave, I decided to find out where our pizza was. I approached a young woman who was cleaning tables and asked for help, but she responded silently and without any expression. She walked to a warmer, grabbed a box, and handed it to me without saying a word. I thanked her, but she still didn’t acknowledge me.
