"I can hardly believe this place is still in operation! There's no service at the tables, and you have to stand in line to order, only to watch two unproductive bartenders idly doing nothing. After waiting in line for ten minutes, I finally asked if they were serving, only to receive a rude response from an incompetent bartender who informed me that they couldn't take orders due to a lack of kitchen staff. I had to relay this information to the other poor customers who had also been waiting for ten minutes. As I was leaving, the same bartender felt the need to express her frustration toward me with some choice words. I hope she feels victorious after hurling insults at me. If this pub wants to improve, the first step should be to replace the staff, followed by hiring competent employees. Just to note, I was trying to spend money there on September 11th at 7 PM."
