"I have tried to order food from Big John Steak and Onion multiple times around 9:30 PM, which is half an hour before they close, only to be told that they are closed due to various excuses. Unfortunately, there is not a Big John Steak and Onion close to where I live in the Detroit area. Every time I drive in that direction, I always enjoy their sandwiches. However, with my late working hours, I often end up passing by closer to closing time. I typically avoid ordering food from restaurants with only 10 minutes left until closing, but I believe that half an hour before closing should be plenty of time to place an order without causing any issues. It seems like I may need to start looking for other dining options. Thank you Big John's for disappointing me once again."
