"My best friend and I were in Pleasanton and found Plucked on a whim, almost by accident and were beyond pleased to find it. The food was amazing, the chicken was tender and the sides were tasty and fresh. I ordered the 3 piece tender combo with mac cheese and Bestie ordered the Sweet Chick combo with waffle fries. The best part of the meal, actually, was Hannah, the employee, who introduced us to the menu, made thoughtful suggestions and answered each and every question that I had. Not only was she professional and courteous, she was spot on about the menu items she had described. She was very knowledgeable about the sauces, their heat level and popularity (this was important to us because we have low heat tolerances). She was completely wonderful! She even brought our food out to the table. We were in and out in about 40 minutes. I don't usually find myself in Pleasanton, but maybe, the next time I do, I will set my GPS to Plucked, Pleasanton."
