"My best friend and I were in Pleasanton and found Plucked on a whim, almost by accident and were beyond pleased to find it. The food was amazing, the chicken was tender and the sides were tasty and fresh. I ordered the 3 piece tender combo with mac cheese and Bestie ordered the Sweet Chick combo with waffle fries. The best part of the meal, actually, was Hannah, the employee, who introduced us to the menu, made thoughtful suggestions and answered each and every question that I had. Not only was she professional and courteous, she was spot on about the menu items she had described. She was very knowledgeable about the sauces, their heat level and popularity (this was important to us because we have low heat tolerances). She was completely wonderful! She even brought our food out to the table. We were in and out in about 40 minutes. I don't usually find myself in Pleasanton, but maybe, the next time I do, I will set my GPS to Plucked, Pleasanton."

Got the Nashville tender, hot as pluck. Yea they are spicy but not in a good way it’s a dry/powdery type of spicy. Couldn’t even finish one tender because of the odd powdery taste. The kimchi fries are really good though.

Counter order and table seating fried chicken place with lots of interesting beers. If you like fried chicken or beer, this is the place for you! The clerks and cooks do their best to get you what you want. Great attitude!

I enjoyed the Angry Chick Sandwich! The sandwiches comes with 2 patties! So filling, the buns were nice and sweet, and the sauce was delightful!! My bf got a combo and let me just say, the White Cheddar Mac was amazing! It's a must side! View menu

Amazing chicken sandwiches and I liked the serve it yourself beer stations. Cool atmosphere to sit and spend some time enjoying a sand which right after it?s prepared instead of at home 20 minutes later (if you?re lucky). I really liked the waffle fries too.

This is my go to place! Always get the Nashville hot chicken strips. And they are HOT, the spiciest one is no joke and even the middle spice level had a really good kick to it. Pair it with the cheese fries and you can't go wrong. Have been going here and will continue.

I was very hungry when I visited this location. I went to Thea tiny house festival. I was with my two brothers, my bro’s girlfriend and another couple. The beer and food at the Alameda Fairground was expensive so I waited. I was not about to spend $15-18 dollars for one beer. Thankfully this restaurant was open and a short drive away. I had the Sticky Chicken and waffle fries. Everything was fresh, hot and delicious.
