"The menu is limited and features a buffet-style setup served by volunteers. The salad had a distinctly Western flavor, likely due to its dressing. The dal (lentil soup) was excellent! The rice and black beans were decent, while the potato curry was quite good. They also offered a unique orange vegetable curry made with sweet potatoes and yellow and orange bell peppers. The special of the day was lasagna.
While I found the food enjoyable, I did notice it was quite oily and greasy, which didn’t align with the wholesome, satvic meals one might expect in a temple canteen. However, there were enough healthy options among the offerings that I plan to return and focus on specific dishes next time."
