"I'm currently in the East Valley and usually make the trip to Phoenix in search of good Pho restaurants. There's a new spot opening in my neighborhood in September, but a friend recommended Pho Leo, which is located in a small plaza nearby. The aesthetics of the place were a bit jarring, with a mix of old restaurant equipment and Asian-style furniture, which wasn't particularly appealing. However, the food I ordered was excellent. I had pho with brisket and meatballs, spring rolls with peanut sauce, and a Thai tea with boba. Everything was cooked to perfection. If you're in the East Valley and craving Vietnamese food, Pho Leo is definitely worth a visit."
