"Looks shady but damn the Pho is good. I got the meatless bone broth Pho and my husband got the Bun Bo Hue.I think this was the first time I didn't need to add anything to the Pho since the flavor was perfect. It was rich and fragrant. You could taste the lemongrass and the beef stock. So good. My husband's dish was fantastic as well. He really enjoyed all the meat (except the tendon) and the spicy broth reminded me of my Viet friend from elementary school who's mom made the exact same thing and it was always so good even if you end up sniffling for the rest of the day. The waitress was nice and prompt. The only issue is it is not a very comfortable atmosphere. Its a little too dark and there is some broken furniture in a heap in the corner. But, everything was clean and with the delicious food, we will be going back."

Every time that we have ordered takeout from Pho Leo the food has been top notch. This is one Vietnamese restaurant that really knows and really cares about producing great food. I highly recommend it!Food: 5/5

First time here tonight and came in to place a to go order. Service was amazing, they kept checking on me while I waited for my food. I got the P15:combo pho. Flavor is great and portion is great. Very surprised and can't wait to go back. View menu

This is the real deal, family owned, bomb place to get some Pho and other Viet/Asian fare. Nothing fancy about the restaurant's atmosphere but you will barely notice after your food arrives. I eat here 3-4 times a month. Great value too! True gem of Mesa

This is my go-to spot for Pho. If you’re looking for exceptional service or an upscale dining experience, this isn’t the place for you. But if you appreciate delicious food, you’ll love it here. Every item on the menu is fantastic. My wife and I order takeout 2-3 times a month, and we plan to keep coming back as long as we’re in Mesa. Food: 5/5

I ordered just fried rice and three egg rolls to go. It was my first time here, and I won’t be returning. The $25 price tag for this is outrageous. I could understand if it were around $15 or $16 at most, but this is unacceptable. I also requested a smaller portion of rice (a bowl), and instead received significantly more than I asked for. It seems they couldn't just accommodate my request and instead charged me for the extra. View menu

As pho enthusiasts, we are constantly on the lookout for the best pho spot to add to our favorites. This restaurant really impressed us; the food was exceptionally fresh, and we enjoyed every bite. However, the portion sizes were larger than we anticipated, and we were slightly let down by the limited amount of basil provided. The service was excellent, and our server was absolutely lovely. We ordered some egg rolls, which we felt could have used a bit more vegetable filling, but they were still enjoyable. The spring rolls were delightful, especially when paired with the sauce. If you like your Thai tea on the sweeter side, I would definitely recommend giving it a try.

The Pho is ok. Service is Horrible!! All other Pho place can do customize Pho. I want 3 things in my Pho which I said in Vietnamese. She sound like confused and suggested blank pho then add what I want. Then later said I should get special and take out what I don 't want. Then when when the Dac Biet came out, it only has 2 THINGS??? Don 't have what I want because she told the kitchen I don 't want those in dac biet . WTH..... She knows Vietnamese why she acted like not understand the language?? I said specifically in Viet and English (when she acted not knowing)Place is dirty. No wonder it 's empty when we came. This deserves 0 star. I don 't usually leave review but this place deserves my...
