"It shocks me that this place has so many good reviews. I WANT to like it since I live two blocks away, but both times I've ordered here have been absolute fails. The first time I ordered a carne asada super buritto. The steak was tough and dry, like it had been made the day before, and the burrito was 75% rice and beans. Zero flavor. I ate it because I was starving. Tonight I went back and called my order in: regular chicken burrito, cheese and pico de gallo only. I got home, added some sour cream, and my first bite had a giant piece of pure gristle. It was also full to the brim with rice and beans and had no cheese. I took four more bites and two more pieces of gristle were spit out. I walked back over to the restaurant with the remaining burrito and told them it was inedible. Walked out with a refund. SMH. How hard is it to grill fresh steak and chicken to order? So disappointing."
