"Opportunities include the outdoor bar, which has an inviting happy hour, a great location, and a fun menu. However, there are several shortcomings:
1. The manager tends to give orders rather than train her team to understand processes and how to handle different situations.
2. The outdoor bar, which is usually a lively spot, was overrun with flies, making it quite uncomfortable. This prevented us from fully enjoying our time there, and we ended up taking our sushi home instead. As a result, they lost out on us ordering more drinks, but it was better than dining with flies buzzing around.
On a positive note, the sushi is excellent, but I’m not sure if we will return."
