"Food is definitely on the pricey side for sure, although tasty. Service was just ok. Never refilled our water and was so pushy with the dessert menu. And almost mad when you politely say that you are diabetic and don’t eat anything sweets regardless to what sweetener they use. The decor is so odd and outdated , time for a change. Using the same rattan chairs for several years. Overall not impressed. I feel you can get a much better meal and service at non chain restaurants. If I didn’t have a gift card that we received as a gift , I probably wouldn’t have gone there to be honest."

"The service was decent, but the food quality here definitely needs improvement. The wait to be seated was much shorter than at other Cheesecake Factories, which was a nice surprise. However, when we were seated, our table was still dirty and greasy from the previous guests. Our server was friendly and attentive, but unfortunately, the food was quite disappointing. The first issue was that my partner's burger was undercooked. Although it was replaced, the second one arrived rare instead of the medium doneness we had requested. Additionally, my fried chicken sandwich had cold chicken inside, which was quite troubling. While the staff were very pleasant, I would recommend dining elsewhere for a better experience. In my opinion, it wasn't worth the price."

"I met my friend there this past Wednesday to celebrate her birthday. We met at the location in the Walt Whitman mall We were seated in a booth as we had requested. There we sat for about 20 minutes before our server acknowledged us . After taking our order we didn’t receive so much as water for another 1/2 hour . She disappeared for about 50 minutes . I went to the front and mentioned we hadn’t seen our server .we asked what’s taking so long? She claimed it was because I ordered my burger well done . Well my burger arrives and not only wasn’t it well done but it wasn’t the one I ordered . I send it back and my friend starts eating her fish which was a bit cold and I wait . Someone from management was taking care of me now and he brings me a new order . Also not the one I ordered and with fries not the salad I ordered . This was the 2 nd attempt How does a restaurant take 4 tries to fill a simple order. No apology when it took 2 more tries to get my simple order correct . I had to pack it up cause I wasn’t hungry any longer . We got a slice of cheesecake we had to ask for which they give bday people anyway and an accusation from the actual manger I asked for that nothing about our horrible experience was a big deal and I just didn’t want to pay for hamburger. He kept saying the incorrect orders were no big deal. I guess they wanted me to pay and eat what they wanted not what I wanted . The upsetting part was they felt they did nothing wrong . The miserable attitude complimented the miserable experience of a restaurant that used to be a fun good place to dine . Turns out our server was apparently covering us on the opposite side of the restaurant where her section was and was offering no service to us under protest cause she had to go back and forth . Her misery was clearly visible as she never once checked on us .Apparently everyone is unhappy there which means management isn’t doing their job and needs to move to a quiet location where they can sit and not do anything. Unprofessional and angry attitude there . Stick with places that are happy to see customers.also, I made several attempts to call and leave a voicemail for their customer service as you can’t get one on the phone during business hours so after 4 voicemail attempts I gave up and decided never to return. Parking: Typical mall lot with traffic and hard to find parking."

"I had a very disappointing experience with my salad at Cheesecake today. I usually love the almond-crusted salmon salad and have enjoyed it many times before, but tonight was a different story. The salmon was almost nonexistent. I understand that supplies can be limited, but for a $20 salad, I expected more salmon. To make matters worse, there were no almonds in it; it was just a mess. "The service is probably the best we had in a long time. Our server Jamese was so personal that we could not help, but every time she died to check us out. I started with a good Mannered Dirty Martini. I suggest you ask for him extra dirty. The food was delicious, but we wished we knew our lunch special didn't come with something other than the duck. We might have expected a salad or a soup, but that was our first time we had asked. Overall we had a great time and the restaurant is beautiful. "Absolutely amazing service!! Sandra dee was our server and she went beyond and beyond. Come to find out she was new, but my fiancée and I never guessed she was!! She recommended a very great drink and it was so good!! She was such an amazing server I was amazed and definitely will be back!! She made our experience wonderful! "Took my mom and wife here for lunch on a Saturday. We were surprised that the wait was only 15 minutes (compared to hours in Toronto . Our go to dish is the Sheila’s salad (avocado salad with chicken and Korean style baked cauliflower. We also ordered tuna nacho chips as well but was a bit disappointed about how little tuna was included in the nachos. Overall we really like this place as the dishes were super consistent between locations (Toronto, Buffalo, Las Vegas, and now Seattle . We didn’t get any cheesecake this time as we were quite full but sometime we just stop here for dessert . Also the servers here are always very tentative and helpful!"

"The service was excellent. Our waitress was super accommodating and checked on us very often. The menu is incredibly huge, we literally spent 20 minutes deciding what to get. This is both good and bad because you have lots of options to fit your mood,but the quality for some of the plates are not exceptional. For instance, one of our pastas tasted pretty bland. The Jamaicanshrimp plate was good and had some decent spice, but pretty inconsistent with some shrimps having shell pieces and otherswithout. Whichever plate you decide to go for, you should definitely finish off with a slice of cheesecake. The ultimate redvelvet cake slice is very good and can easily feed 4."

"I’ve been going to all cheesecake locations for many years , I go to this location a lot if you’re going to go on the weekends I recommend doing a reservation through open table or Yelp . So you don’t wait a long time I went there last night with my friends I love to get for appetizer the stuffed mushrooms and the Cesar salad , for my dish I love the bang bang chicken and shrimp , my favorite dessert is the tuxedo cake it’s the best!!! My friends ordered the miso salmon I had it before it really tasty but I like it with mashed potatoes, and my other friend took the crust chicken with pasta and added mushrooms and they said it was really good too. It’s always a great place to dine at ! Prices are fair and there is lots of variety of food so everyone always find what they’re in the mood for to eat. I’ve attached photos of what we ordered , we were so hungry when we got there so I didn’t get a chance to take a photo of the mushrooms appetizer and salad but trust me don’t miss on these mushrooms they are incredible!!! Our server was really nice too"

"The food at this restaurant was delicious, with the exception of one small mishap - we found a small uncooked whole potato in the mashed potatoes. We informed the waitress, who offered to bring more, but by that time we had already finished our meal due to the long wait time. The atmosphere was great, with a lively vibe, but the service was extremely slow. Our party of 7 spent nearly 3 hours here, including ordering, receiving our food, and paying. "We went to the Haywood Mall location on 2/18/2023. I had made a reservation WEEKS in advance for a table 5 p.m. , so be mindful that if your planning on wanting to enjoy a dinner here on the weekends. It books up fast!!!! Wait time, without a reservation on this particular Saturday, was up to 2 2 ½ hours. We did have to wait 15 minutes for our reserved table. We were seated had placed our drink/appetizers/entrées orders by 5:23 p.m. PLACE WAS PACKED! To go orders were lining up along with the in house orders. We waited 20 minutes for our appetizers. Then another 15 for our entrées to be brought to the table. Food was AMAZING as expected. Large portions. Could definitely be split with someone else, for me, that is. Others enjoy the large portions. I have zero complaints about our visit. It was one of the best Saturday evenings out I've had in a while! Once the meals were out the way, it was time for the most important part of the evening..... CHEESECAKE They have SOOOOOO many options. Everything looked so delicious, it was honestly hard for me to decide because I do not discriminate when it comes to cheesecake flavors. The Oreo Extreme, Key Lime Pie, Red Velvet, Chocolate Mousse Cheesecake, Fresh Strawberry, Mango Key Lime Pie, Dulce De Leche Caramel Cheesecake MANY more. It took me the 24 minutes of standing in line to order, just to decide on what I was bringing home. I waited 13 minutes after ordering, to receive my ever so perfect Chocolate Mousse Cheesecake Oreo Dream Extreme Cheesecake. Ever bit of deliciousness I saw with my eyes, my taste buds got to enjoy as well. Everything was worth the time money spent! I will be returning for my birthday this year, even tho this location isn't involved with the birthday rewards program. 10 out of 10"

"Lack Luster . I've been coming here for years , since it first opened up over 10 years ago on Long island ! "I use to love Cheesecake Factory and the large variety they offer. I will No longer go to Cheesecake Factory and I 100% don?t recommend. #1 Ordered Crispy Shrimp with Pineapple (recommended by waitress) She comes back and says they are unable to make b/c they do not have a grill chef. So confused Ordered a grilled cheese for my son and she comes back and she says they cannot make it b/c the person is over hours who can make that. confused! This is bread and cheese people!! That should have been my red flag to leave. #2. The food is made and taste horribly. The quality of meat is poor. I?m sure it?s either old or cheap cuts of meat and they are hoping ppl don?t know the cuts of meat. Ordered Thai chicken lettuce wraps, you get 6 small strips of chicken with tons and tons of lettuce wraps confused and the best part is the chicken is burnt or a crisp. See picture. Lettuce wraps to me come with a small bowl of cut up chicken and a spoon to make them. Ordered a ribeye, medium rare. It was pink in the inside so possibly cooked right BUT it was tough, dry, seasoned with 1lb of pepper. See picture, this is 100% not rib-eye. Also ordered shrimp scampi and then we gave up. The food here is horrible, I understand we are short on staff but staff should be cross trained and trained by people who know how to cook the dishes. The main dishes here are $23 and up, lettuce wraps $20. There is no way the quality of food should be like this. It?s the worst food I?ve had at a restaurant by far."

"Service was excellent for Valentines Day. We were seated well ahead of our stated wait time. My 1st 2 sets of utensils came with food stuck to them. While waiting for our food the cleaner came to clean off the table next to ours. She placed the bread plates onto the chair at the table and proceeded to spray cleaner on the table and then wipe towards and away from the chair where she placed the plates, so anything on the table would now be on top of the 1st bread plate. DISGUSTING TO SAY THE LEAST!!! The Pasta Primavera came out with undercooked pasta could still taste the dough very little bacon and the sauce was very bland. And had bowtie pasta from my wife dish mixed in. What else was Cross contaminated??? My wife ordered Farfalla with Chicken and Roasted Farlic, and asked if it was peppery and the waitress said no. When her order came out there was very little sauce on her meal so she asked for a little more on the side. There were 3 normal size cubed chicken and 4 or 5 diced pieces of chicken and absolutely no roasted garlic.The extra sauce came out and there was a trail of black pepper on the bottom of the bowl the sauce was brought in. Ice tea was very watered down before the ice melted. My wife asked for half and half tea. The Manager took our meals from the check, and charged us for the salad and drinks and the small pieces if cheesecake we took to go. But after driving 50 minutes to the restaurant then waiting 40 minutes to be seated and another 20 minutes for the meal only to have this was horrible. Needless to say we were very disappointed to say the least. Apparently the table next to us didn't like their meals and another man was giving the Manager an earful outside the restaurant. After arriving home from a disappointing meal we were once again disappointed with the cheesecake which had the taste and texture of no bake cheesecake, won't waste our money again at this location."
