"I stopped by to grab a quick bite and a drink on a Sunday night. I sat at the bar and waited to get served. It took a while to put in my order no biggie. I ordered 2 steak tacos and a margarita. The tacos were nice and big but no flavor, the margaritawas ok. Chips and dip was excellent. The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is because when I requested for my bill Iwas told that that my bill was $30. I asked the gentleman why and he said I ordered 2 tacos And a drink. I was like of course Iordered that. I asked how much the tacos were he said $18 dollars. I asked him you want to tell me 2 tacos cost 18 dollars hesaid yes without flinching. ???? logically you'd think he'd be like that's weird. But noooo I guess common sense ain't common nomore. I have eaten in many great Mexican restaurants but never have I have paid $18 for 2 mediocre tacos. I was very applaudbut in my nature I did not want to argue so I asked for the receipt to pay my bill and this is where things changed. He becamevery hesitant and went to call the other waiter. With my little Spanish from my understanding they messed up. I was behind thecounter as I watched them scramble to fix it. A phone call was made blah blah blah ????. After 10 minutes the gentleman fixingthe error comes over apologized and offered to refund my money. I am not sure if it was an honest error or whatever it was. Iwas disappointed with the lack of honesty. I actually love the other Los Molcajetes Bar Grill off Montecito Blvd so Iexpected a similar experience. Unfortunately not I will not be coming back here."

"In New York and New Jersey, there are bodegas that are basically delis run by Puerto Ricans, Dominicans, and occasionally Cubans, though the latter is less common. Most of these places serve beef, pork, chicken, yellow rice, a variety of vegetables, and beans. Since I don’t eat beef or pork, if I find myself only able to buy a chicken taco, it’s usually a one-time deal for me. I might grab something out of hunger, but I won’t return for more if it doesn’t align with my dietary preferences. I also don’t eat white rice. About six months ago, I ordered a half chicken with yellow rice and beans. The chicken came diced into pieces, and I had the choice of either flour or corn tortillas, along with a small plate of onions, lime slices, cilantro, and various sauces. It’s filling enough for lunch and dinner. The price was $14.99 then, and now it’s $19.99, which is still reasonable considering it provides enough for two meals. If you’re dining alone, that’s perfect for two meals, and if you’re with someone else, you can both enjoy it. I’ve eaten here about five times over the past six or seven months, mainly because I’m not always in the area; otherwise, I’d come more often. This has become my go-to Mexican spot in Austin. Additionally, the service is consistently quick. I just bought a meal from them yesterday, had half of it around 7 PM, and this morning I finished the rest. I had to share my experience! #food #vegetarianfood #mexicanrestaurants #taqueria #theroneshellmanmedia #foodreviews **Vegetarian options:** They offer grilled chicken breast, half or whole chicken, yellow rice, beans, and vegetables."
